In the inviting open living area, sunlight streams through walls of glass and spectacular Gulf views are on full display. The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a large blue sectional and two accent chairs, plus a flatscreen TV to keep everyone entertained during the downtime.
Open to the living room â and those stunning Gulf views â the fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space for meal prep, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to get started when you arrive, including both a Keurig and a full-pot coffee maker. At the accompanying wet bar, an ice maker and open glass shelving with assorted glassware create the perfect drink and snack station. When itâs time to dine, choose from four comfortable stools at the large breakfast bar or a seat at the six-person Gulfview dining table.
With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home accommodates up to 10 guests with the ideal layout for families. Each bedroom has its own stylish bedding, plenty of storage space for your belongings, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the fourth bathroom.
The living space extends outside onto the private Gulf-front balcony. With endless views of sugar-white sand and emerald waves, thereâs no better place to soak in Orange Beach. Downstairs, direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and tons of resort-style amenities make this condo paradise.

The condo was nice but needed a better cleaning on shelving. The sofa was a sectional that was not connected and shifted every time we sat on it. shortage on working outlets. also pay attention to listing! No parking passes included in price and its 60.00 per parking pass. Bring plenty of amenities because you are not given any extra. Location and size of condo was wonderful. This may look like alot of negative but its all small things and we had a great stay! Staff was very nice and helpful! This unit just needs a little TLC to be great.
Aside from the difficulty with the elevators, very nice property. 2 of the six elevators were not working on Saturday and Sunday at peak check in/check out time.
Our family enjoyed this condo plenty of room for everyone! The best part is the view from the balcony you just canât beat it!! Lots of activities the lazy river and indoor pool at times a little crowded especially if it rains but there is another outside pool also!! This condo is pricy but it is nice!
Would be nice to have some additional basic cleaning supplies. Also would suggest all food and supplies people want to leave be aggregated somewhere and donated to the food bank daily.
