At this point you may want to relax in your personal hot tub, stretch out on a lounger with a good book

This luxury complex is the perfect escape from the stressors of daily life. Step out onto your private balcony with panoramic views of the striking white sand beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The perfect place for that morning cup of coffee or a great place to toast a beautiful sunset with a cool drink at the end of a perfect day. At this point you may want to relax in your personal hot tub, stretch out on a lounger with a good book, or cook up a delicious meal on your gas grill then enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast while savoring your meal from the balcony dining area. The choice is all yours! The private master suit offers a king bed, flat screen TV, reading nook, and a view of the Gulf with balcony access. The master bath includes a shower, granite double sinks vanity and walk in closet. Master bath tub was just replaced. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, sleeper chair, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub shower combo. The second guest bedroom provides 2 full beds, a sleeper chair and flat screen TV. This bedroom too has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with 3 full size sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and floor to ceiling glass wall which frames your views of the beach and the Gulf beyond. The dining area provides a dining table which seats 8, breakfast bar that seats 4, plus a coffee/wet bar area. The kitchen features top of the line Wolf & Sub-Zero stainless appliances and granite counters. Included are a gas cook top, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen provides cookware and dishes to allow you the option of staying in and cooking your own meals. The laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer. A half bath is located in the entry hall. This unit offers free WIFI. The management agent is local and available to meet your needs. Complex amenities include: Gated entry & security, 1½ ft. deep Kiddie pool, 3 outdoor pools, one with zero entry, 2 heated indoor pools, lazy river, 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, outdoor play ground, lighted tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, covered parking, poolside snack bar (seasonal) and boardwalks straight to our amazing Alabama sugar sand beach. Dining, shopping, activities and entertainment are conveniently located near this complex. Guest Access: Entire condo and amenities, 2 parking passes are allowed for in the main garage any additional cars would need to ask for overflow parking passes available at the desk when space allows.

Water Slide
The new water slide is an exciting addition to our World Class facilities! Open from March thru late October, weather permitting.

Splaspad
This is sure to be a hit with those families with smaller children. Our Splashpad from Aquatix has many water features including a splash bucket and water cannons kids will enjoy. The splashpad is located to the left of the C tower outdoor pool and slide.

Putting Green
Now golfers have an option to practice their putting skills with the best view in Baldwin County! Our professionally designed, 8 hole putting green has ample lighting for evening play as well. There will also be scheduled activities each for children to try their hand at this sport.

Outodoor Movie Theater
Activities will offer outdoor movies scheduled each week during the season. Owners and guests can bring a blanket and enjoy an outdoor movie as a family. Movie nights will be posted on the Activities schedule.

Perfect for our group

We love this resort and this condo was great for us. Set up well. Plenty of dishes and utensils and everything we wanted or needed. The price was great and we will try to rent this exact unit again when we get back that way.

Beach front condo

The unit was clean, beautiful, and the beach was in walking distance. My only complaint is the unit needs new cookware. They were rusted and one frying pan had a hole in it. However I would book again but the cookware needs to be updated.

Great Amenities for Every Age

Turquoise Place was exactly what we were hoping for. The splash pad for the kids was perfect and both outdoor pools had plenty of space for small children to play safely. Access to the beach is amazing with a relatively short boardwalk over some dunes. Parking was great, even with the overflow parking as we had a third vehicle. Beach chair rentals were on par with other places we have stayed. The only issue we had was that our grill on the balcony did not work and they could not get it working during our stay.

Beautiful vacation

Very impressed! Only a couple of things wrong .knob on gas stove was broken 3rd bedroom bathroom tub kept clogging and shower curtain was a little moldy. But we worked around it and still had a fantastic time! Looking forward to possibly coming again!

Not up to par for Turquoise Place

The condo was okay but not up to Turquoise Place standards like other condos we’ve stayed in there before. It certainly could have been cleaner and better organized. The kitchen was a mess with rusted pans and knives that need to be thrown away, two skillets had been put away dirty and were molded, and the vent lights don’t work and overhead light is half out making it hard to see to cook. The ceiling lights are out in the master bath and one other bathroom. There was a food wrapper under the bed and empty drink bottle on the bedside table in one of the bedrooms almost like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The condo lacks a broom and dust pan which seems standard for condos near sand. None of this is a vacation ruiner but more is expected from a condo in Turquoise Place.

We loved the location and Turquoise. Our condo was a disappointment. The refrigerator leaked the whole time. Lamp in the master bedroom didn't have a light bulb. One of the lights over the counter in the kitchen was out. Light over the balcony was out. Mold on the showerheads in the master bathroom shower. Water leak in the mechanical room. Also, disappointing both parking places were not reserved. We would go back to Turquoise, but would not reserve this condo. Would make a list of issues when we check-in and take to the front desk the first day.

Needs some attention.

We were unable to enjoy our balcony on this trip at all, especially in the evening. On our first night (Thursday) in this unit, we notice multiple roaches on the balcony, so we called it an early night. Called the next day(Friday) and Alabama Sands (the management company) sent over someone to spray “Raid” on our balcony, not a pest control company, we could have gone to any Walmart & sprayed the same thing. . It didn’t help either, someone had a roach fall on them while sitting on the balcony Saturday afternoon. Also, our ice machine in the bar area didn’t work our entire stay. Other than the ice machine, the interior of the unit was well maintained and nice. I’m not sure if Alabama Sands or Spectrum Resorts is responsible of balcony maintenance, but this particular unit is need of TLC. This was our 6th trip to Turquoise Place & this has NEVER happened before. We pay way too much money to stay here to not be able to enjoy our balcony because it is roach infested.

Bad service for maintenance

The hot tub cover was damaged. The hot tub was dirty with hair and debris ( I understand it was supposed to be serviced every 3 days ). The closet doors in one of the bedrooms was off, ( it was fixed ). The front door was adjusted also, ( it was slamming shut ). The ice maker in the wet bar didn't work and we called several times. It was never addressed. We were told " the owner was difficult and didn't want to spend money for maintenance". We paid a very large rental fee to stay there, the property should have been "pristine".

Beautiful!

We were more than pleased with this condo! This was our 3rd visit at this property- we absolutely loved the amenities and our favorite feature is the balcony with hot tube and grill! Obviously an amazing view of the beach- all perfect for entertaining young families!
