Two Bedroom Gulf Front Condo at Phoenix II

Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium that sleeps six is located on the 1st floor of the Phoenix II.

·         Flat-screen televisions are located in all the bedrooms and the living area.

·         Living area has a beach wall mural, queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, and DVD/VCR player.

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

·         Table in dining area seats six.

·         King size bed on carpeted master bedroom.

·         Tiled tub and shower combination in the master bathroom.

·         Beautiful gulf front view can be seen from the table and chairs on the balcony.

(Special note: Condo does not have elevator access. There are 10 steps to the unit. Also, Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Overall the room was good. It was on the first floor so you went up one set of stairs from the parking lot and it was the first room to your right, balcony right above pool area. Decent view of the ocean, very nice sitting area on balcony. Had a few hiccups with tv and WiFi when we first got into the room but it was fixed quickly. The tub in master bath didn’t drain very well but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Beds are very comfy! Good condo for small family

Not our best

Enjoy the trip but did not care for the condo was not clean had to clean the toilet a little myself Did not realize that the only way to the condo was climb one level of stairs. Sliding door would not lock.

Family Friendly!

Everything was wonderful and my family and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and very Accommodating. The outstanding de amenities were great also. The only problems that we had were that our microwave wasn’t ina working condition and was not fixed within the rest of our stay. Also there was construction being done inside our condo where our hot tub area was as supposed to be and so we had to walk over to the other phoenix to get in a hot tub. The construction was also being done outside by the pool which was extremely loud and distracting but other than that everything was wonderful and we truly had a wonderful vacation there!!

Fun for families

The condo is in a great location. Right up a few steps from the parking lot. It’s also directly around the corner from beach access- like 50 steps away. There is a splash pad for little kids directly under the balcony, it was closed during our stay but I could imagine in the summer it may be noisy. There is a water pump for the facility that makes a sound like a vacuum all night long. But with some white noise it’s cancelled out easily. The condo was not cleaned very well. There were things under the bed and cheese balls in the couch. But that is no fault of the owner. Overall the whole condo is kept beautifully. Would return for sure.

Spring break 2021

First time in this part of the state of Alabama. Loved the property and the location. Nice to be a little bit away from the hustle of Gulf Shores, but a short drive over for dinner. The beach was amazing!! Enjoyed our stay
