Come stay with us and enjoy our piece of paradise!

In Fall of 2018 our building was completely renovated on the outside, with new paint/stucco, updates to all balconies and updates to the indoor heated pool as well as a new boardwalk for beach access.

Welcome to beach luxury at its finest. The Enclave is one of the upper tier condo complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast with an excellent reputation. It sits right on the beach with gorgeous views up and down the coastline. The Enclave has fantastic amenities including: an outdoor beach side pool with plenty of sunning area, an indoor heated pool, a lighted tennis court, and a grilling area. Directly across the street you will find Rouse's grocery store, Wal-Mart, nail salon, liquor/wine/cigar stores, and several restaurants.

You will find that our condo is one of the most updated and well appointed units in the building. The condo is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath 1600 square foot unit located on the third floor in the envied corner location with a wraparound balcony providing the best beach and gulf views. It has been updated with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, wood, and tile flooring. The unit has crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, upscale fixtures and appliances, wood in the bedrooms, and tile everywhere else.

MASTER SUITE

The Master Suite has a pillow top king sized bed with new end tables and chest of drawers. It overlooks the beach with beautiful views and has a sliding glass door to the balcony. The new drapery provides privacy and blocks out the early morning light. The 43 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The bathroom includes two sinks, a stand up shower, a separate large Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in closet.

GUEST SUITE

The Guest Suite includes its own king sized pillow top mattress along with new bed and furniture. The 32 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The full-sized bathroom has ample closet space with its own bath and shower.

GUEST BEDROOM AND BATH

The third bedroom has two queen sized pillow top beds along with and the 32 inch SMART Roku HDTV allows you to access all your online streaming accounts, and a DVD player is provided as well. The third full bathroom is adjacent.

LIVING AREA

The living area has a beautiful sectional sleeper sofa along with a 55 inch HD Flat Screen SMART TV, HD Cable service with HD DVR, and Blue Ray player. The blackout drapes help keep the early morning sunlight out. The sliding glass door opens up to the wrap-around balcony. The living area also includes a wet bar and ice maker.

THE BALCONY

The wrap-around balcony gives a spectacular 180 degree view of the beach and gulf. We are so close to the beach that the balcony practically sits over the sand. The balcony has a table and seating for four as well as 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the views.You will love the glass balcony that provides excellent visibility.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has seating for 8 along with a extendable ends on our Dining table which provides seating or 10 with the barstools. The sliding glass door in the dining area provides great views of the beach and access to the balcony.

THE KITCHEN

The updated kitchen is well stocked with all your needs to prepare any meal. There are cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The appliances are stainless. A coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, can opener, and toaster oven are included on the counter tops.

OTHER AMENITIES

For your convenience there is also a full size washer and Dryer, iron, beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, alarm clocks in all bedrooms, updated 6 gang outlets with USB charging ports in all rooms, a vacuum cleaner, and a broom/dustpan.

The Enclave provides Free WiFi throughout the property as well as onsite Security. We will provide 2 parking passes during your stay. No motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs allowed in the Enclave parking lot. Extra vehicles of any kind (including RVs/Trailers/boats) can be parked across the street at the Rouse’s shopping center. We park here on regular occasion when we have a third vehicle and have never had any problems with towing or theft.

We can't wait for you to experience our fabulous condo at The Enclave in Orange Beach.

Absolutely no smoking. No pets are allowed based our HOA’s rules.

This condo needs to be deep cleaned bad! The hot water in the one master suite doesn’t work, we had to mop floors, had to wash all dishes and wash out cups before use. The tile on the patio was broke and made you felt like you were gonna fall through!! I loved Orange Beach but will not stay here again.

Such an amazing first beach trip for our 20 month old granddaughter!!

We had booked this trip early on and had originally booked a house big enough for all 4 of our kids & their significant others
 well, life happened so it ended up only being one of our grown kids, her husband and our beautiful granddaughter that was able to go with me and my husband! Jason, the owner, was absolutely AMAZING!! He answered every single question I had & even paid for overflow parking - which we didn’t need until our last 2 days there! We stayed 7 nights and the condo & the grounds were all amazing and would highly recommend!! We even had our fave beach photographer come to our complex to take our family beach pics!! It was all so wonderful! 10/10 recommend staying at The Enclave & booking this condo!

Spring Get - A - Way

The condo was a great place to stay for our 2 families and our girls. Wonderful layout and beautiful views. Jason was helpful in communicating quickly to questions. Easy check in and check out. Only thing we wish we'd had extra essentials of garbage bags, toilet paper, kleenex, dish detergent, etc. I wasn't aware that this was the norm for this area. It worked out fine, since Walmart was conveinetly located behind the condo, just wish it would have been better communicated that we'd have to provide those ourselves. It did not disrupt the vacation and the beauty of the place. We enjoyed our stay thourougly despite that. We'd definityly rent again!

Wonderful unit and property management. Close to shopping, restaurants, and right on the beach. Parking is tight but there is no reason to use the car once you arrive unless you want to go somewhere different. I highly recommended this rental and the management!

Great Gulf view from 3rd floor balcony

Pros: 1. Corner unit on 3rd floor gives you a great view of the beach. 2. Check in was very easy with on line registration and door lock code. 3. Low density building was definitely a plus. Short or no waiting for elevators. Cons: 1. Shortage of parking spaces can be a real issue. Offer of supplemental parking across a busy main highway is to inconvenient for older adults. 2. Only 3 handicap parking spaces that stayed full. 3. Housekeeping inadequate. Floors and bathrooms were not very clean. HVAC unit was very dusty and needed to be vacuumed and filter needed to be replaced. Ice machine needed cleaning and filter change. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. All these things should be taken care of by the cleaning service which we pay a hefty fee for.

Amazing property

The place itself was perfect--clean, fully equipped kitchen, and very spacious! Even though we were there for a busy time of year, the overall size of the building (on the smaller side) made for a beach setting that wasnt packed at all. Great location and the property owners were fantastic!

Wonderful host, fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay at Jason’s Covid immensely! Jason was a kind, responsive, and caring host who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay at his beach condo. The place was perfect for our 6 adults and an infant! Each couple had their own bathroom (huge bathrooms) and the beds we’re comfortable. The kitchen and living space were large and well setup for guests. And that view! This condo was in the perfect location (groceries and shopping within walking distance) and the deck offered a gorgeous view of sunrises and the beach! We’d highly recommend this condo for your next beach getaway!

Second Trip to Same Unit

This is a great unit with an owner that is very easy to communicate with. The unit is clean with everything you need. The icemaker and location across from shopping made even those that had to park cars elsewhere not feel trapped. The dishwasher was still not drying dishes the 2nd year back, there was a single dish towel, and the master bathroom, as big as it is, has a single outlet on only one side so bring an extra dishtowel and a short extension cord for the master and you will love this unit. We'll be back!!

Great corner condo on a great section of beach

We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 college daughters and with our married daughter and grandchildren (2 and infant). The condo was very spacious. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were very spacious. The outdoor balcony was even large. The condo stayed cool even when it was hot and muggy out. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The restaurants in the area are perfect. We are at GTs and the Gulf and recommend both. The condo has an I door and outdoor pool if you need a break from the salt water. The owner has a storage closet full of beach items to use like chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys and buckets. Bring some flashlights for searching the beach at night. We didn’t but bought some at the Walmart across the street. The owner of the condo is nice and responsive. The quality of condo is very nice. I highly recommend.
