This cozy and inviting 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condominium in found on Phoenix V’s 8th level. Located along the sugar white sand, this beach retreat sleeps four.

Great stay right on the beach and minutes away from activities and amazing restaurants! Splash pad and pool was great for my 1 year old. Check-in was seamless. Elevators get pretty busy in the mornings and afternoons, but we expected it. The bathroom tub faucet was tricky, took us about 15 minutes to get the water to come out. Great place to stay with families!

Inaccurate listing

Specifically asked manager if the balcony would be under any repairs during our stay since a balcony was the MOST important thing to my family. Was told there would be NO repairs happening and the balcony would be accessible. Imagine our surprise when we got there and the balcony doors were boarded shut from the outside. For the next 2 days. The property itself was great, but beware of false promises from the owner.

Picture of balcony furniture on listing was completely different from what we got. I wouldn’t have rented this place if I knew this. I got locked out on the balcony. The door wouldn’t open and I had to text my wife to let me in. The Neat thermostat was programmed to change from 67-74 degrees constantly. No rhyme or reason. The shower doors did not close all the way and at one point I had to hang it back in the tracks. The small items provided (paper towels, etc) seemed really cheap and not really in line with other VRBO rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. The furnishing were fine. All in all I wouldn’t recommend renting this in its present condition. Too many other options available.

‱view was gorgeous ‱love having a washer and dryer in the Unit ‱kitchen well stocked with utensils etc ‱ balcony furniture not very comfortable ‱ unit could use a deep cleaning ‱caulking in bathtub a little off putting ‱bed was comfortable ‱living room furniture comfortable ‱rust on fridge looked like dirt- but the fridge worked🙂 ‱overall- unit served its purpose and you can’t beat the view!

Perfect for small family getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family!! Our young daughters loved sleeping on the sleeper sofa and the splash pad on the property was a huge hit with them as well. Great location and the beach was beautiful!

Great Location

First and the most important in 2022: Clean Clean Clean! I was very impressed! I use a lot of beach vacation rentals and to not have sand in the furniture, floors, and bathtub is amazing! I came prepared to clean and didn’t have to. Great location! Ocean & Beach view is amazing. I enjoyed my tea and journaling every morning. Restaurants & Shopping near by! This is my second visit @ Phoenix V I will return!❀

Great place to get away.

Really nice condo that could use a little maintenance. Perfect size for two adults and two young kids Beautiful view from the balcony. Really a great place with a few minor things, 1) microwave didn't work, we reported it but nothing was done to try to remedy the situation during our stay, 2) the receptacles on each side of the king-size bed have only one plug working so you cannot charge a phone and have the lamp on.3) A few cosmetic issues, the deck furniture is worn and in need of replacement, the refrigerator looks like it seen better days and there's a few areas where the sheetrock needs repair. We still enjoyed our stay the only thing that really bothered my wife was the microwave issue but I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but needs a few fixes.

I really loved the condo with a few exceptions: The refrigerator had rust on front..although clean on inside, wasn't appealing. The outdoor balcony furniture was badly rusted, had to place towels to be able to sit on it. The shower/tub was stained and could use a better shower head. It had not been cleaned thoroughly behind beds and other furniture. Sheets were extremely uncomfortable, hard and scratchy.

Wonderful!

Beautiful condo with amazing view! Amenities were fantastic, very close to the beach! Comfortable bed, kids said the sofa sleeper was comfortable as well. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property!

Been a while since my wife and I had been to Gulf Shores, but the property we stayed at while at the coast was awesome, it was like being back at home, only the view was a lot better! The property was neat and clean when we arrived, the view of the gulf was beautiful, and the property was up to date and decorated nicely. We will not hesitate to use the property again next year for our annual trip to the gulf. Everything we needed was within a few miles of the property, we didn't have to go far when we ventured out.

Very clean. Great view.

This condo was very clean, bright, nice furnishings. Some things could be updated like the appliances and the décor, but this place was very comfortable and had wonderful views. Would definitely stay here again.
