Welcome to this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach front condo.

You will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the large tiled wrap around balcony. Location on the 12th floor provides you with outstanding views of the beautiful gulf and boat traffic through Perdido pass. There is a second balcony joining the master bedroom which gives you grand views of the Perdido Bay Bridge and the bay.
This condo is luxuriously furnished and contains exquisite art and custom wall colors. The living room features upscale furniture, a large flat screen HD TV with DVD and VCR capability. A built in wet bar with mirrored wall and 3 glass shelves is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a new full size refrigerator and range, also dishwasher, microwave, numerous small appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware for 12. The kitchen is fully furnished with excellent quality cookware, everything you need for meal preparation, the owner furnished the kitchen with cooks in mind; you will be delighted with the quantity available.
The condo features crown molding throughout. All three bedrooms have new premium pillow top mattresses and HD flat screen TV's. All beds are adorned with custom bedding and shams. The master contains a king bed, middle bedroom 2 full size beds and third bedroom 2 twins. The twin bedroom has a bit of fantasy due to aqua and clear crystals pressed into the wall paint. All bedrooms and living room feature custom made window treatment. The master bedroom is carpeted the other two are tiled with cozy foot friendly area rugs. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room will add to your comfort. Join us for a terrific and unforgettable stay at the beach.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Orange beach

The place was as described . The beds were comfortable though the coverlets were twice the size of the bed except king bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The main TV was a smart TV with popular apps we were not able to access because there was no tv remote. That was real disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our time there.

Location is great, condo needs work

The entrance to the condo is hard to find. Found condo was not clean. Floors and wall need to be clean. Mold on shower curtain and grout. Kitchen floor very dirty. Starter pack of trash bags and dish soup missing. 6 bath towels for 8 guest. We had a great time, I just don't expect to have to clean a vaction rental when I get there. Lastly, dishes pot and pans were also dirty. One pot had a burnt on mess that took me 20 minutes to clean out.

Set your expectations

Overall, it was a nice place to stay and the views were fantastic. We loved having a view of both the Ocean and Marina. And overall we had a great time and the place was good. We just didn't expect the age/appearance of the condo for the price. Nothing was awful or ruined our trip but the cost provided an expectation that could not be delivered upon. The place could use a refresh, the shower liners are in dire need of replacement. We showered but it didn't feel like the cleanest of accommodations. They use a bath towel service but some of the towels were a little tired and we all know how dingy and stained white towels can look over time. The cabinetry in the kitchen would not close completely. The decorative glass and bar area where extremely dusty and the coffee pots where disgusting with coffee granules all over them, begging for a vinegar sanitation (choose to buy coffee daily, instead). The wash room doors were completely of the hinges. The technology (except for the living room TV) and furniture were very late 90's but in good shape considering the age. Not my expectation for the cost (all in - taxes and fees). Maybe if they can take some of the fees and provide some upkeep, the property would warrant the cost because the views are fantastic.

Wonderful beach getaway

The property was in a great location. The condo was just as it is listed. The living room furniture is very comfy and spacious. The view from the 12th floor is spectacular. With COVID-19 precautions, I suppose the blankets are just too hard to keep laundered. Bring some blankets with you if that is something you like while you watch movies. The property was clean and the beach area was a short walk from the pool. Loved every minute of our short trip!!
