Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)


This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.

This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. Being on the ground floor was amazing traveling with young kids and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Megan is an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else.

Great week/stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Megan was very resourceful and responsive (We only needed to reach out 1 time). We literally were able to sit on the huge patio while watching the children swim. We were steps from the pool and a very quick walk over the dunes to the waves. I would stay over and over when we need this size of a rental again!

Highly recommend this condo. Megan was a great host and always quick to reply. The condo was a perfect set up and very spacious with the 3 bedroom being away from the living/ kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We loved the walk out access right to the pool and beach. So much to do in the area and at condo. There is tennis court that does have lines to play pickleball too. I would book this condo again if I ever come back to area.

Most relaxing experience ever

This was my first condo experience and it was the most relaxing time I have ever had. I really enjoyed the view as well as its close distance to the Flora/Bama. I would highly recommend this condo to any person or family that is looking for a relaxing vacation get a way.

A wonderful vacation experience

The location is perfect for families with children. The patio area is right off of the pool and splash pad, so we could walk right up from the beach or pool and unload our things. The condo is clean and spacious, equipped with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!
