Wraparound Balcony provides Gorgeous Gulf Views from Every Room

SNOWBIRD SPECIALS available for this January and February!!!
From its wraparound balcony, the condo features unparalleled views of the Gulf. Occupants can see up and down the beach from sunrise to sunset. The ocean is visible from all rooms, and each bedroom has direct access to the balcony. Our family purchased this unit because it was our favorite in well over a decade of visiting the area.

The unit is located on the 7th floor. It is a corner unit so it has a broader view than many condos. The complex has private access to the beach.

The condominium can comfortably host 8 occupants. The master bed has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top and a full-sized bed on bottom. There is also a full-sized trundle bed available. The family room includes a sleep sofa.

The entire condominium complex just completed a major renovation in the Spring. Building B, where our unit is located, completed renovations in June 2024. Building A completed renovations last May. With the improvements, the All-New Summerhouse at Romar Beach looks great inside and out.

Host kept in touch and made sure everything went well. Condo was clean and well organized, had no problems finding things. Short distance to beach and pool. The balcony was awesome, furnished with tables and lots of seats. My favorite thing: the additional ice maker in the kitchen! Highly recommend!

What hospitality! Michael and Christy emailed as soon as we booked to introduce themselves and offer recommendations for our trip. Typically, we fly in early and go to the beach before checking into our condo, but Michael texted as soon as the cleaner was out so we could drop our stuff before heading down to the beach! He even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! But Michael and Christy’s hospitality is icing on the cake for this cozy condo - the wrap-around patio, beach chairs (we have NEVER stayed at a place with chairs!!), fun family games, and wonderful location made our stay truly amazing. This is our third year to visit Orange Beach and is by far our favorite. Thank you, Michael and Christy, for sharing your vacation home with us!

Manager/owner was super helpful, informative, and made the rental process stress-free. The condo was great for my 5 person family. Tons of space. Super close to the beach and condo pool was amazing. Will certainly consider renting again!

Much needed family vacation!

Great place to stay. Our family needed a family vacation which we try to do each year. When dealing with and communicating with the property manager, he was upfront, and very pleasant to deal with. The place was in great shape and looks incredible. Love the wrap around balcony. Beach access is quick and easy. Everything is family friendly. And the relaxation aspect is high. Property manager was upfront about the limited parking and construction that was on going so we knew what to expect. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but the overall amenities were great. This vacation was fantastic.

Family Beach Vacation

Yearly vacation for my family. The building was being renovated so it looked rough. There was limited parking because of the work crews and several spots were blocked off. We had to park across the street several times. The condo needs renovation also!!! The owners were very nice and offered me a refund and I appreciated that.

Great Family Vacation!

Beautiful view! This property was as described
 our description: Lovely! The wrap around balcony makes for a more spacious feel than it already has. We had 5 people and it was comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the showers work well, the elevators to the complex are fast! We are a family that does not eat out so we always bring extra kitchen gear. If this describes you, then, yes bring the things you need. Kitchen gear seems adequate for people who just cook breakfast, snack lunch, eat dinner out (which I think describes most people?). I highly recommend this condo for your get away!

The corner space was perfect for my elderly parents. They had a nice breeze in the heat of July and got to see the 4th of July fireworks from every side. The Stewart’s were very responsive when I asked questions. The condo was comfortable including the beds. That is always a MUST. We will be back to this condo. My sister owns one in this building so we for sure will be back to visit this comfortable condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our Family 4th of July 2023
