All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, golf courses, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The combined dining and kitchen space is appointed with modern appliances and all essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can share memories around the gas fireplace and unwind with a movie!

Take advantage the amazing views offered by your own colourful piece of Orange countryside in the expansive backyard, where you can enjoy a local wine or two!

THE LOCATION
Located around the corner from the famous Byng St Cafe and a stone's throw from the CBD, you really won't need to use your car.

Within 2 blocks you'll find the CBD, The Gladstone Pub with delicious Gong Thai Restaurant, Cook Park, Zona, Byng St Cafe, Anything Grows, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Very cosy home
This house was in a great area and was clean and tidy. There were some issues with smoke alarms, marks on furniture, not enough crockery for the amount of guests and a hotplate not working. If you are looking for a nice getaway - we were with family - aside from those problems we would stay here again.

Property was located in a quiet neighbourhood and in an excellent location walking distance to city centre and hotel located around the corner. Property was clean and styled nicely. Nice big backyard and plenty of room in the house with bedrooms all separated. Would definitely stay here again.
