Some extra special touches that will make your stay more enjoyable include a butler's pantry, a lush green backyard if travelling with little ones, board games, an electric blanket in bedroom 2, and an immaculate master bedroom. After attending the farmers' market, guests can return home and prepare a delicious homemade meal with their new fresh produce amongst the dreamy kitchen.



The master bedroom has been appointed with a laptop monitor and desk to create the ultimate working from home spot.

The Orange Botanic Gardens showcases the four seasons of Orange, is an ideal spot for a family picnic with its BBQ facilities, and the adventure playground that will have the kids begging you for "just 5 more minutes."



Treasure the scenic views and rolling hills as you travel an easy 5 mins to the ultimate wine tasting session at the renowned Mortimers Wines. The North Orange shopping district is only 700m away and is home to Woolworths, BWS, a pharmacy, butcher's, cafe, and several food stores. Watch the latest flick at the Odeon 5 cinema or share some laughs at Orange Tenpin Bowl. Join our friendly locals at the farmers' markets on the second Saturday of the month.

Please note there are 3 internal steps leading from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the living room and kitchen area.



Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
