With dreamy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, its two outdoor living areas blend seamlessly with its elegant interior, providing an exquisite setting for relaxation and entertainment with family and friends. The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors. The Scenic View Penthouse Two-bedroom condo is a sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on our 'One Happy Island' of Aruba.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, an L-shaped leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance has a spiraling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The second modern bathroom is just off the second bedroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space and about 110 square feet of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.

On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
