This brand-new, private villa is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a friends' week. Villa Island Escape is located in the residential area of Seroe Blanco, just a 10-minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Aruba.

The villa is designed to give you the best, wide-open views of the pool and outside dining area from the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with all-new appliances and everything you will need for your stay. The great area can be opened to enjoy the Aruba Tradewinds, or, if too warm, can be cooled down with air conditioning. There are 3 spacious bedrooms all with queen beds, air conditioning, closets as well as televisions. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Enjoy a day at the private pool-yard where you will find plenty of chairs as well as lots of shaded areas. The villa is fully equipped with a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs to take along to the beach.

3 Bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – Private backyard with pool and with waterfall as well as a gas grill. – Self-Catering - Quiet Residential Area – Beautiful décor – Wi-Fi throughout. Please be advised that Parties, social events, and gatherings are not allowed at our vacation homes. Utilities: The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 20, - per night, which is more than plenty for your stay.

**This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. The property also provides Beach towels, Beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach, however it does not provide an umbrella.

Paradise in Aruba

This home was paradise for us. Calm, serene, private and comfortable. We appreciate and look for all of these things when traveling and found it here. Kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The backyard was our favorite, although we spent a good amount of time lounging in the living room. Great centralized location close to stores and activities. We can’t wait to return!
