I have stayed at the Divi and/or Tam three times now. This year, we had an updated room which was with a pool view. The resort is beautiful and most of the staff is very friendly at both resorts. There were a couple downsides but nothing that would prevent me from coming back: If you stay in building 1 facing the pool, just know that you will hear music 24/7. It was on all hours of the night most nights. I’d wake up to the bass thumping at 6am. I did not have this issue when I stayed in other buildings in the past. I would not stay in that building again. You have to go out extremely early to put your towel on a chair so that you have a spot for the day. I hated having to do this, but it was the only way to guarantee a covered seat at the beach. Many people reserve chairs and never use them, which is a total waste and what causes this issue in the first place. Food is not wonderful. It is OK but by the end of the trip, I was very sick of it and I felt like I had consumed way too much salt. For the specialty restaurants- Paparazzi is our favorite and feels like the most quality meal. The beach is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Would go back specifically for that, but would probably venture out for some meals next time.

We stayed in the Vista building in the second floor with oceanfront views. Absolutely beautiful. We were right near the water machine, shower to clean sand off our feet and clean towel hut. We has easy access to beach chairs and pool. 3 beach bars within short walking distance and restaurant where the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were served. Staff were pleasant and property well maintained and clean.

Me and my husband booked at the same time as a friend and his girlfriend as we were doing a couples vacation. Our room was completely outdated compared to our friends room. Their room was modern from their lounge chairs in the room, to their outdoor chairs. We had really old furniture and the outside chairs were ugly plastic. I feel like its unfair since we paid the same exact price. Another complaint is that the resort doesn't fill your fridge compared to other resorts. They gave us water bottles instead...

I came with my parents and toddler for almost a week. Overall it was exactly what we had hoped in terms of family friendly resort. The staff was very nice and the property was clean. The main issue I had is that we had items stolen from both of our patios. The resort kept saying there was a sign in the room not to leave belongings overnight (which I understand) however the property did nothing to apologize or make our experience any better. They took no accountability (other than saying we weren’t supposed to do it) and showed no hospitality about it. Unfortunately this ruined our stay. Would not recommend.

Food was delicious at all locations and service was very good. Room was clean and in a great location. The weather was a bit rainy which I think eliminated much of the entertainment which was sparse. The resort has you use there app which make it easy for reservation but no where can you find information on cancelled activities.
