The space
The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a large bedroom with QUEENSIZE bed, overlooking a beautiful garden with lounge set. Here you can enjoy the Aruban sunshine undisturbed. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. "The living room and the master bedroom both have a TV and the house is FULLY equipped with AIR CONDITIONING.

Upon entering the house you immediately end up in a large living room with luxurious furnishings. The house is furnished with new furniture, Flat Screen TV and well-functioning WIFI. The kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with wooden kitchen cabinets, granite countertops with equipment that you can provide in all your comforts.

Between the bedrooms in a larger open hall with its own complete bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the 1/2 bathroom. Also present is a washer and dryer for private use.

The whole complex has well-functioning and secure WIFI and cable TV. The whole house has hot and cold water, as well as the washer and dryer.

When you enter the garden, you are in your personal tropical oasis. It features a beautiful and inviting swimming pool with outdoor shower, a sitting area, a lounge area for sunbathing, a covered lounge area and an outdoor dining area. Comfortable lounge chairs are available at the pool, as well as pool and beach towels and much more!

The house is screened by a private fence with wooden gate decks at the front, making it very private. Parking is free and there are 4 parking spaces.

Effective March 1, 2020 ALL NEW BOOKINGS, we will allow $6/day utility allowance (Electric/Airco). We will take meter readings on your arrival and departure. We will notify you within 48 hours of your departure if any amount is due.

Make your stay easier and rent the Kia Sportage, for sightseeing, to go to the beach or shopping or dining.
