Located in Oceania Residences, the most renowned private condo on the island. This condo with a modern decoration offers a unique coziness for its guests,

The master bedroom with King Size Bed, smart tv, double sink faucet and shower is over 500 ft

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle underneath for a 3rd person in the room. tv, and a nice bathroom,

The third bedroom is fantastic, it has a Queen bed, tv and a nice bench full of pillows. With bathroom inside.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, its small with a bunkbed and a dresser with some books and toys. Small kids love this room, and its also ideal for teenagers.

There are 2 living areas which is great if you have kids or teenagers in the group, smart TVÂŽ's on both of them.

The main living area has an open concept with a coastal decorated living room with a daybed (one more can sleep here!). On the dinning area white dinning table for 8 and a complete and very well equipped kitchen will be waiting for you.

The second living area has a kitchenette with a large fridge, oven and even a microwave.

It has a small dinning area for 4 and a modular sofa to watch the smart flat screen tv.

On the Outside of this unit you will find a designer coral stone deck, dinning area for 12 a large grill and a Jacuzzi. This is the ideal meeting place for families and friends after the beach.

The host is fantastic and responds quickly.We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. The unit is clean, well stocked and beautiful. This was our 2nd time staying here and most definitely recommend to others. The pools are not busy and are plentiful. There is always shade at the pools and the patio at the unit. Beautiful Eagle Beach is a short walk across the street. You just can’t go wrong. We will be back!

High School Friends Get Away

This property is amazing. It is right across from Eagle Beach. The location is exceptional. The property is clean and beautiful. It is very spacious. Planet of room for 6 adult females. We all loved our stay!!

Family Vacation - April 5-14, 2024

We travelled with our two daughters, son-in-laws and grandchildren, ages 12 and 3. This 4 bedroom condo was the perfect location, ground level. When our grandson was napping or went to bed, in the evening, we all enjoyed the outdoor space together. Ground level made it easy access to the pool and walking with the stroller. We did not have to travel up and down stairs or the elevator. We also enjoyed BBQing some of our dinners. Grocery shopping, cafes, restaurants and Eagle Beach (across the road), were all walking distance. The gym (one close by and the other a short walk), was important for this group and was used daily. Lovely sunsets were viewed and photographed from our condo. The Oceania Residence is on a transit route. We took transit a few nights to and from Palm Beach area and enjoyed more restaurants for dinner. Jaime, our host was readily available, to answer any questions. All staff on site, were friendly and offered great advice when we asked. This was my husband and my second visit to Aruba, staying at the Oceania Residence, a different unit. Love this area! Cindy

Wonderful property! The listing and pictures are even better!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is clean and spacious. The outdoor space is wonderful with plenty of comfortable seating to lounge, a grill, a table for eating, hot tub, shade and sun, with sunsets overlooking the beach! We loved the beautiful outdoor space!! The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with dishes, spices, and anything you can imagine needing for eating and drinking. Great showers. The bedrooms have plenty of room and comfortable beds. There is plenty of room for the family to gather and enjoy each other, as well as enough private space if desired. We had 7 people in our group. Jamie had a beach chair and beach towels for all of us, as well as a beach bag and coolers ready for use. There was even a small collection of sunscreen and a few mats. The washer and dryer were in working order. There was even a supply of dish soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, trash bags, and a small amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for our stay! The complex is private, gated, has security. and direct beach access. There are many pools with plenty of sun and shaded lounge chairs. The pools are cleaned and maintained every morning. The community is clean, safe, friendly, with plenty of restaurants and fun nearby. There was a Superfoods grocery within a half mile. We love Aruba. This is our third trip to the island but our first stay in this home. We will definitely stay here when we come again! Jamie’s home was perfect. He was a wonderful host! Thank you so much for allowing us the blessing of your home!

Absolutely wonderful home and service

We went to Aruba for a family vacation and rented both sides of this condo. It was perfect in every way - location, cleanliness, furnishings, and comfort. They had everything we could possibly need from very comfortable beach chairs to a cooler with wheels to great kitchen appliances. Jaime Gomez was incredibly helpful and accessible, giving us recommendations and answering our questions in an extremely timely manner. I cannot recommend strongly enough renting from Jaime for this property or any others he oversees. Best customer experience ever! We loved Aruba and if we’re fortunate enough to go back, we will rent from Jaime 100%.

Great Property and Location

The Oceania was across the street from eagle beach, an excellent beach. There were several huts on eagle, but you need to get there in early morning to grab one. There was an umbrella rental place too. Our condo had 8 beach chairs and two coolers to use. (We rented it as a 4 bedroom). I was told the Oceania is only 13 years old, so everything was still in very good shape. The Oceania was very quiet the week we rented (Mar 23-30), with maybe 1/4 of the condos being used. Eagle was not too busy, except on the days when a cruise ship was in port. There was always plenty of chairs by the pools. The condo itself was in excellent condition and had pretty much everything we needed. There are two american-sized grocery stores within a mile. I would highly recommend you rent a car, although there were several good restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would definitely stay at Oceania again. The only item of concern we had was because this was a ground level condo, there were a few mosquitoes both inside and on the patio. Thank you Jamie for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful unit in excellent location

We stayed at this unit with some friends and their children. The unit not only accommodated our party of 7, it was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The best part was it was steps away from the beach access resort pool and across the street from Eagle Beach. Jamie, the Owner, was very responsive and accommodated all our needs. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!
