Our room window in the bathroom was broken and insects and a small lizard got in and my husband had to capture them. Also there was a lot of construction going on around the property. The alcohol selections were limited and should have more variety. The food was really good, but should have more options on the menu especially for a Caribbean Island.

Solo Summer 2025

This was my first solo trip abroad and it was an amazing experience. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and warm. The hospitality was not like anyone I had experienced before. I was always greeted be it verbally or non-verbally with smiles and nods. The staff makes the resort. I was slightly disappointed with the dining experience. There should be at least one restaurant on site serving authentic Caribbean cuisine. However, that does not take away from my overall experience. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and very comfortable on the resort.

We were a group of 8 adults and 1 child and we were so happy to stay at Tamarijn. It was our first time in Aruba and we liked the restaurants in the hotel, everything clean, the staff was so kind and helpful. The bedrooms was ok, but in my opinion the bathrooms are so small, maybe they need to be updated. In general we had a good experience and I recommend this hotel to our family and fiends.

The over all Aruba vacation was nice. We did many activities like UTV, Jeep, Jet Ski and Sailing tours. All were great. Casino was fun with a cozy feel. However, hotel service and cleanliness did not meet the mark for a 13k vacation for four guest. The buffet started off great with key servers but when they were gone the quality went down. Also my first impression of our room was dirty as seating had stains on the seats. A little more effort from staff will bump up the hotel rating to a 4.0 Examples to work on 1. We had little shampoo in the bottle towards the end of our holiday (2days left). We asked the front desk for more on many occasions but they never helped out with that. So we all ended up traveling back home with salt hair. 2. At the pool bar I had trouble getting served even when handing out $10 tips on many occasions. 3. I gave out over $400USD in tips $10 for each sit down meal $10-$20 each day at the pool bar and $10 each day for room cleaning. I feel even though I did my best to tip the service was declining as the days went by. 4. Buffet started great with ice cold water with ice, great coffee and food. Then no water served, poor coffee, cold sausage centers and servers with a sad face. 5. Booking sit down dinners was difficult to secure and we had to go to Divi Buffet a couple of times. Analyzing these misses makes me wonder if there is enough resources to accommodate the all inclusive package offered by Tamarijn.

The resort does not have a good beach on the property. The layout of the tamajin is terrible. Limited beer options. Not much to do on this area of the island so that was also a little disappointing. I would not stay here again but I also wouldn't come back to Aruba again.

The pretty was clean with great views, amazing staff and tours , delicious food at the all inclusive restaurants, clean and fun above all else! Pools are clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. The grounds are beautiful especially the beaches. We will be back !!

Wonderful location. The staff at the buffet could have been a little more friendly and accommodating but the dinner restaurants were excellent. Our favorite part was Darry, our driver between the two resorts. He was the most welcoming and kind person there. We looked forward to seeing him each day.
