Site central par rapport aux lieux à visiter. Gite tres grand bien équipé idéal pour des enfants. Terrasse très appréciée pour faire du badminton. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui nous a fait découvrir son exploitation laitière et la fabrication de saint nectaire. De bons restaurants dans la commune. Je recommande vivement

Un peu difficile à trouver mais grâce à la localisation GPS envoyée par le propriétaire, nous sommes arrivés à bon port. Le hall d'entrée s'ouvre sur une volée de marches un peu raide.Le reste du logement est très bien sauf pour la literie dont les matelas sont un peu trop fins pour un confort optimal, malheureusement. Une très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très agréable. Le village est très joli, tout est à portée de voiture (30 mn maxi).Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en dépit des matelas trop fins.

Séjour en août 2025.Les photos ne représentent plus la réalité malheureusement. Le logement était sale, j’ai dû nettoyer la cuisine et les salles de bain avant de pouvoir m’en servir. Les sanitaires étaient répugnants, les douches bouchées, celle du bas est difficile à régler car le bouton de température est cassé et réparé avec une vis, nous nous sommes ébouillantés. Le canapé a cruellement besoin d’un nettoyage approfondi.L’aspirateur était plein. La lampe de l’escalier du rez-de-chaussée diffusait si peu de lumière que c’était dangereux. Le logement mériterait d’être régulièrement aéré, cela éviterait les odeurs de moisissure de la literie du 1er étage. Les draps de protection ont besoin d’un bon lavage.Plusieurs fenêtres n’ont plus de rideaux, contrairement à ce qui est montré sur les photos.Nous avons quitté le gîte 2 jours avant la date prévue.Point positif cependant: la terrasse à l’arrière de la maison est bien équipée avec salon de jardin, table et 2 parasols.

Super Haus für Familien-Urlaub

Wir haben eine gute Woche als große Familie mit Hund in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war prima, der Vermieter sehr nett. Der Küchentisch war riesig, im Kühlschrank war für Lebensmittel für 9 Personen genug Platz. Uns standen auch 2 Parkplätze im Hof zur Verfügung.Alles in allem, wir würden wiederkommen.

Un super séjour avec un groupe de 6 enfants. Assez spacieux pour tout le monde . Super pratique tout était déjà sur place (vaisselles, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, barbecue…).Une invasion de mouches mais sa amusé les enfants en donnant des prénoms à chacune.(normal vue qu’on est en campagne..)

Super WE en famille

3 couples et un bébé, le gîte est grand et bien équipé pour un grand nombre de personnes. Le village est très calme et joli, l'église intéressante à visiter. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. Le proprietaire nous a indiqué la ferme du Roc pour voir la traite, les veaux et acheter du fromage. Agréable moment au calme en famille.

Région magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de la neige à notre arrivée. Location très sympa pour passer un Noël en famille. Juste compliqué pour personne a mobilité reduite. Le logement est super bien équipé. Le plus serait de proposer une location de draps et serviettes. Propriétaire très sympathique. Excellent séjour familial

Nous recommandons ce gîte situé idéalement à Orcival, au milieu de la Chaîne des Puys. Le logement est très bien agencé et équipé (jeux de société, lave-linge, ... crépière !), et la région merveilleuse. Une infinité de sorties possibles à 20mn en voiture, dans toutes les directions. Merci !

Un bon emplacement mais des choses à revoir

Le logement est situé au cœur d’Orcival et idéalement placé pour découvrir la chaîne des puys. Il s’agit plus d’un appartement avec une grande terrasse dont l’accès se fait par un escalier raide à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour se mouvoir. L’intérieur du gîte manque de finition (four non fixé, luminaires qui n'éclairent quasiment rien) et surtout d’entretien (douche, terrasse, barbecue). La terrasse est agréable mais malheureusement gâchée par la présence de la cheminée du chauffe-eau au fuel qui l'empeste régulièrement. Bref c'est dommage et malgré la visite de la ferme que nous a fait faire le propriétaire, le sentiment final est très mitigé.
