Welcome to Brookings Ocean Pearl!

This modern, two story updated home has beautiful ocean views from almost every spot in the home! With a well-stocked kitchen, it makes for an easy environment to make plenty of meals while staying in. An open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, large mounted Smart TV, wood burning stove and entry to deck to watch the sun set over the ocean.

The primary bedroom and attached full bathroom is on the main level along with the 2nd bedroom and guest half bathroom.

The primary bedroom has access to the partial wrap-around deck, amazing ocean views and natural lighting. A walk-in closet and an attached full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, seperate make up vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located near the front door, this room has 2 entry points.

The second level of the home has an open loft-style room, with an additional TV room & futon, the 3rd bedroom has a queen mattress and an attached hideaway bedroom (located throught the closet of this bedroom) for an additional sleeping area; with 2 bean bags and a full size mattress. The 2nd full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor as well with a shower/tub combination.

The open loft has two recliners looking out to the ocean, it is a great spot for whale watching or boat/wave watching. There is an additional balcony area with a sliding glass door access through the loft area.

Garage Parking and ammenities:
This garage can park two cars. It has access to the home from the inside. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a handy dog washing spot!

There is a decent amount of parking, however, we request no boats, trailers or RV's. The yard is fully fenced and has several areas for seating.

There is a propane BBQ as well.

What's Nearby??

This home is located off Eggers Road; a 7.4-mile drive to Fred Meyer. Less than a mile from the Lone Ranch Beach and Whales Head Beach Access; 29 Miles to the National Redwoods; 6.2 miles to Harris Beach State Park; 15.8 Loeb State Park and only 22.2 miles from Gold Beach, OR. Not to mention all the Trails along the coast, that surround this home!

What a gem! The house was amazing. It had beautiful views of the ocean, a heater that kept every room warm for our winter stay, well stocked kitchen and our dog got spoiled having a doggy door! Loved that the yard was fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about the dog as she went in/out on her own. Really hope we can find time to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!

Beautiful home, so clean, so perfect for our kids and bigger size family. The view is absolutely unbeatable plus just sitting and listening to the beach. It’s a short drive to the beach but seeing the beach from the view of this home is a treasure our family is so thankful to have enjoyed!! 10/10 recommend for anyone especially if you have a dog! It was so easy and accommodating for the whole family! Kitchen had all the things you need and more, even throw blankets to cozy up with on the couch and a beautiful fireplace should you want a fire.

The house is beautiful and well equipped and affords a fantastic ocean view from indoors and out on either of the decks. The fenced yard and dog bath were thoughtful additions to a home open to pets. The manager has graciously agreed to mail me items I inadvertently left on the premises. He/she could have easily denied finding the items and be done with it. I am very grateful and appreciative of their thoughtfulness.

Plenty of room, very clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking but frying pans could be updated as teflon coating is cracking, pet friendly with fenced yard and a doggy wash station in the garage with warm water, comfortable beds, comfortable couch and chairs, and a fantastic view of the ocean. On the expensive side for us as one of the parties did not show up, but not your fault. I really don't like a 3000 damage deposit or having to buy an insurance policy as our rental history is stellar, so will not rent here again. But is a great, safe location.

The families 2nd time staying at this oceanview home (which says alot in itself) this time with a 7month old infant in tow. We chose this home for the dog friendly amenities which are perfect. The dog wash station in the garage a huge plus after a beach walk. And while concerned over the lack of baby amenities it turned out the closet had a large portable play pen. This home checks all the boxes for a relaxing family vacation.

Nice home with a great view

My spouse and I recently stayed here during a work trip. It's a very nicely appointed home and the view was better than expected. There really wasn't anything we could think of that it needed but didn't have, and it was nice to have the main bedroom on the main level in spite of the home being multi-level. We spent a lot of our off time looking out at and listening to the ocean. The road noise wasn't too bad at all; it definitely got louder as the day progressed but would quiet down, and was really only the big trucks and certain exhausts that were audible. The wifi worked fine but just a heads up for others with US Cellular that I didn't have cell service at the home (which is fine for me). There is a Ring camera at the front door which I don't recall being in the property description (perhaps I missed it); I have one too so I completely get it, but if others are sensitive to that be aware. We had a really nice stay here and hope we are able to return in the future.

Sunset Views!!!

The house was spacious and well-appointed for a family. The fenced yard was gorgeous and perfect for our fur baby. But, it was the sunset views that made it a truly spectacular place to stay. You can’t go wrong with this lovely home.
