This is a nice property and close to all the places we wanted to go to.I would have given 5 stars except for a few details that would have made our stay much better. The ice maker did not work. Not enough towels and no laundry detergent to wash them. No wash cloths or dish cloths. No tradh bags.The showers sqeeled a high pitched noise.I tried to contact the host about batteries for a dead remote but never got a response.

The layout and potential for this property is there for this to be a great rental. However, the cleanliness was poor and several things were broken. The couches and dining table were all broken and my toddler found old food and wrappers. The floors were so dirty. Old water was left in the kettle. Chains for the fans and ceiling lights were broken off and left in random places.

We rented this home for three weeks while my daughter found a job and waited for her apartment to open up. It is a perfect location. Her gym was nearby, there was a Walmart and Maverick. It was a safe neighborhood and a quiet townhome.

Nice for the price

The condominium complex was an older one. The unit I stated in was clean, but the cabinets and carpet are clearly old. We could also hear our neighbors on both sides, but that was only a problem for me because I sleep in for health reasons. We brought three cars and one of them got towed which resulted in my dad having to pay 310 to get it back. Please be aware that every car you bring has to have a parking pass. The host was great and overall it was a nice place to stay at a good price.

Great location, clean and quiet

This property was clean and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. Location was central to lots of things we wanted to do and experience. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

No frills but all you need

Wonderfully clean property close to everything. We were in town for UVU graduation and this had everything we needed for our family. The quick ride to UVU and Provo was convenient. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family dinners. And the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
