Great place!

Perfect location to the beach… Clean, and had many extra amenities inside that we weren’t counting on like sunscreen, paper, towel, fridge was stocked with extras, just many tiny touches that made her say extra enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Great stay in Orient Bay

Great location, very clean apartment with all needed amenities. The description matches the reality of the space. Communication with host and manager were very efficient and helpful. I recommend this place for families or friends that want a location close to all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets of the area.

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was wonderful, easily walkable to everything in the village. The condo was clean and bright and equipped with everything we needed. The layout worked well for our group of 2 couples. Property management was good and we would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Vacation in Paradise

Everything about our stay in Orient Village was exceptional. The apartment was just as pictured and perfect for the two of us. The location is fantastic...near the best Orient Bay beaches and walking distance to multiple restaurants in the village. In addition, Magalie is a wonderful, responsive host who answered all of our questions quickly and was available when we needed assistance. This is truly paradise on St. Martin Dont hesitate to stay here.

Convenient location

The apartment was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Floors and kitchen are newer. Bathroom showers are newer. The two toilet areas are a bit cramped which might be tricky for bigger or taller people. The master bed was very hard. The towels and linens were unremarkable.
