This a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath fully equipped apartment in the PAU 8 area of Villamartin only an 8 minute walk to the world famous Villamartin Plaza. It's fantastic location makes it an ideal holiday home for Golf, Beaches, Entertainment and plenty of Spanish sun!!! The apartment is located in a gated community in the heart of the holiday area of Spain. You enter the apartment to a massive fully fitted kitchen with al the mod cons you could imagine in a holiday home. The living room is also large with a comfy corner sofa ideal to sit back and watch the full UK TV package on the flat screen television or use the FREE WIFI. The apartment gets loads of natural light with windows all around and peaceful views into the communal garden area from the living room. There is a good size terrace from the living room where you can sit and enjoy the day to the lovely views of the gardens or enjoy a romantic meal. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room and as well you can enter the terrace to wake with a morning coffee. The guest bedroom has 2 large twin beds and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. both bedrooms have AIRCON!! There is a full family bathroom as well. A car is not necessary but is an added bonus. This modern luxury style apartment is ideal for all holidays for either couples, families or golfers, simply a fantastic holiday home in Spain.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Lovely apartment needs a little TLC but apart from that all good location is good not toFar to walk to villa martin but anywhere else you do need a car, there is a very nice Italian restaurant at the end of the road which was great. Because of the time of year we didn’t use the pool but had a walk around it is quit a big pool and looks very inviting , overall great stay communication with the owner was very easy , great check in thank you

Large apartment which was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay. Just a 10 minute stroll from Villamartin Plaza, which is fantastic. Did not get time to try out the pool but it looks great. Highly recommended.

We had 2 great weeks in Casey's flat. The urbanisation is quiet and clean, within 15-25 you can reach by car all the beaches around. Kitchen has a ot of space and beds comfortable. Property is tired and grubby, stained pillows and bed covers and couches, had to wash dishes and cutlery before use, balcony was filthy we had to clean and sweep, kitchen counter tops and appliances were clean thankfully, the property needs a deep clean, bearing in mind was told to pay 70 euros on entry for cleaning!! pool not outside as pictured, no chairs or loungers supplied, no public transport nearby, took 35 minutes to walk to nearest supermarket, so be prepared to pay for taxis. Advertised as luxury style, might have been back in the day, certainly not now. Totally 😞

El apartamento es bonito y está muy bien equipado. Está muy bien equipado y tiene de todo. Dispone ventiladores de techo en el salón y las habitaciones, también tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, por lo que es fácil estar confortable incluso si hace mucho calor en el exterior. La piscina está a un paso y es muy agradable, no hay demasiada gente y tiene una zona que no cubre nada, perfecta para los niños pequeños. Zona con poco que ver, pero muy tranquila. Recomendable en general.

Great apartment and great location. The pool was nearby and the apartment had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We will be looking to go back and happily stay again next year.
