New on the rental market is this spacious 3 bedroom townhouse located in Playa Flamenca just off of the market street. This is a fantastic location sought after by many. The home has a large front garden area and table with BBQ as well is about 20 feet from the communal pool. Downstairs the home has a large livingroom seating 5 easily with a full UK TV package and an adjoined dining area for 6. There is a fully fitted kitchen large enough to cater for the entire family and more. There is also a large double bedroom and a full family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, the master with double bed and the other has 2 singles. There is also another large family bathroom. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIRCON. There is also a balcony upstairs to enjoy the lovely sunsets Spain has to offer. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is just so much to offer.
The town house is only a couple blocks away from the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 15 minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and others such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of klm's away as well.
As with all In The Sun Holiday apartments, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!

After a very early start we arrived at the property to be told it was yet to be cleaned so we had to go straight out for a couple of hours. On our return we could tell that the floors had been mopped and bedding was washed and beds made however the kitchen cupboards were not clean with dead cockroaches in which have been mentioned by the previous renter in their review so the cupboards were clearly not checked. The house was ok, in a good location for bars and restaurants however you need a car to get to the supermarkets. The beds are like sleeping on concrete and the upstairs shower is pointless. Cooking was difficult as there are no oven trays or dishes and the pans that are supposed to be non stick are clearly years old and definitely not non stick. The house is advertised as having a bbq. No bbq! Air con is only in the bedrooms and the fan in the lounge is pretty rubbish. The pool is lovely as are the people we met that live here. Very friendly bunch full of advice about places to go etc. Would we return to this house - No! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness especially as there was an 80 euro cleaning fee. No way was the house cleaned to 80 euro standard before we arrived. In all could be a lovely rental property with a bit more attention to detail and care. Sadly we were disappointed.
Property not clean. Cockroaches in cupboards. Air con units dripping into buckets on balcony, making it unusable, also running down onto patio. Patio tiles cracked. General poor repair.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansonsten sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, Schöner Pool am Haus Ein paar MĂ€ngel gab es schon- Wasserdruck zu niedrig- nach Reklamation wurde der Hauptwasserhahn repariert, die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber da sie wohl lĂ€nger nicht benutzt war,KĂŒchenutensilien nur das notwendige,BettwĂ€sche ungenĂŒgendKeine Handtuchhalter in den BĂ€der,Auflagen eventuell erneuern
Nuestra experiĂšncia en el alojamiento ha sido espectacular, lo unico malo es que perdimos un dia de vacaciones por el simple hecho de que no estĂ ba limpia la casa, estĂ ba en pesimas condiciones, por otra parte tenia a mi Marido recien operado y tuvimos que limpiar a fondo todo para que no cogiera una infeccion. The property and location was ideal for a family getaway, with three well sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Apart from a small delay at check-in, the accommodation was as advertised. The family made use of the lovely pool. The communication prior to our holiday was fantastic and Casey helped with the organisation of transfers from and back to the airport (our driver Luis was fantastic). The location of the beaches was ideal, with the nearest beach (Playa Flamenco) only 20 minutes walk away. The other beaches accessible by the coastal path. La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, Alcampo Supermarket and a variety of restaurants were only 10 minutes walk away. This is ideal for a quiet relaxing getaway, and we'd definitely look at visiting the area again.

The property was lovely and clean and spacious .
The ease of check in was great too .
The location was fab opposite the pool and walking distance to bars and restaurants and le Zenia Boulevard shopping centre .
We walked to Playa flamenca beach which took us approx 25 min .
The welcome pack was lovely too .
We Did hire a car . But itâs not a necessity if you like walking .
The host was always on hand if we had any problems which was reassuring.
We would definitely stay at This property again .

... das Appartment sauber gewesen wÀre.
Die Ăbergabe am Abend hat prima funktioniert, trotz der spĂ€ten Ankunft nach 22:00 Uhr.
Aber dann ...
Abgesehen davon das kein Willkommenspaket vorhanden war, lieĂ die Sauberkeit zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig.
Im Hellen war erst einmal zu sehen wie unsauber die Wohnung war:
Staub zentimeterweise auf dem Ventilator, im Schrank (man konnte genau sehen wo das Glas stand, StaubrÀnder) und was noch unangenehmer war, lange schwarze Haar.
Leider war auch die KĂŒche nicht sauber, dass es nicht zumutbar war zu kochen oder auch den Backofen zu nutzen.
Dazu kam noch das die angeblich selten vorhandene Kaffemaschine nicht sauber war. Voller Kaffeeflecken, die Maschine wurde einfach nicht gereinigt.
AuĂenmöbel waren alt und sahen nicht mehr schön aus. Könnten teilweise ausgetauscht werden.
Zu empfehlen wĂ€re auch, dass mehr HandtĂŒcher zur VerfĂŒgung stehen, fĂŒr den Strand, zum spĂŒlen und abtrocknen von Geschier und Seife in den BĂ€dern.
Wir hatten zwar Kontakt mit der Agentur und konnten unsere Beschwerden teilweise formulieren (auch per Bilder), aber leider war aus persönlichen GrĂŒnden seitens In the Sun Holiday keine Besichtigung möglich.
Nach Ankunft in DE ist der Kontakt ganz abgebrochen und wir warten bis heute noch auf eine Antwort und ein Entgegenkommen von der Agentur In the sun holidays.
Um auch von den ein paar wenigen schönen Dingen zu reden:
* Die Lage ist optimal zu den StrÀnden in der NÀhe
* La Zena Boulaward ist nur 10 FuĂminuten entfernt.
* Die Urbancation ist sehr nett und der Pool war sauber und hat eine schöne Anlage.
