Located 30 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, spend a holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting.
The pool is 50 meters from the apartment, beaches about 5 minutes south facing terrace with solar blanket, three nearby golf courses, bike rides or walk along the canal and countless culinary discoveries ( Spanish restaurants, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French). In short, a charming stay.

The cleaning of 70 € with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen and the bath towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.

Lovely Apartment
My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 6 days in October. The communication with Vince prior to departure was excellent and he even helped me find a private hire to collect and return us to the airport. The check in process was very easy. Our flight from the UK was a very early one but I contacted Carolyn and she was happy to accommodate an earlier check in time. Carolyn was very helpful during our stay and even found extra sun loungers for us. The apartment is a good size with 2 double bedrooms. It was very clean and had every appliance you could think of. It was very nice to have a huge range of English channels as we chose to stay in a few nights and just relax in the property. Vince is an excellent host. I inadvertently removed the English channels from the TV and Vince took the time to face time me to talk me through how to reprogram the TV. The pool was nice although you do have to carry your own sun loungers over. Carolyn located these for us. The apartment does have a sun terrace although we would have preferred it to be bigger. You can walk to shops bars and restaurants but it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to La Fuente. In our opinion you really do need a car to get around. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and through Vince will be returning to another property in the area next year.

Spacious apartment, more than enough room for a family of 4. Had all the mod cons TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The pool was also good for young children as it has a gradual slope into the pool.

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. It is modern, spacious, and very well equiped. The balcony is spacious and provides a pleasant view over gardens and palm trees. Vince and his staff are attentive and accommodating to your needs. We have rented this apartment for 28 days and would highly recommend it.

Property owner Vince was brilliant and very helpful as was Julie who looks after the property. Brilliant apartment just as pictured and described, had everything you could possibly need. South facing terrace with lovely view. Almost certainly need a car unless you like walking, most things within 10 mins in the car.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Comfy super king bed and well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. Great Location on the edge of Las Ramblas, about a mile walk along the canal into the town with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy check-in with Julie and Vincent sorted out the TV quickly after a storm knocked out the signal, just in time to watch the footy!

Nice Apartment but amenities too far without a car.
The property was very clean, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was nice but it was disappointing that it was not possible to sit by it. The description says sun loungers but we did not find any. Also slightly misleading to say the nearest amenities were a ten minute walk. It was over twenty and we are not slow walkers. To get to the beach areas you need a car and to plazas which was 10 euros each way in a taxi. The area was very peaceful and it was lovely to watch the swifts swallows and house martins from the balcony. Thanks to Tony for helping us when we were lost and for his prompt action re pool key.

Lovely apartment
Having stayed in Las Ramblas a few years ago it was nice to go back. The apartment is lovely and spacious and there’s TV for every nationality. We were met by Tony and Julie who were great and gave us some tips what to do. There is a communal swimming pool which was very quiet, at the most there were 6 people using it. I would definitely advise renting a car, there is a supermarket nearby that sells Waitrose and Iceland (for English people) as well as Aldi and Mercedona. If you fancy a walk there is a canal which you can walk along for as long as you want. Would highly recommend the following, Calblanque beach 55 km away Palmeiras beach 15 mins away.
