Great location, nice flat, had everything we needed and good restaurants in walking distence. And great neighbours too, ecpecially the cute dog Biscuit.

Disappointing
Space in the apartment was very good. Apartment living areas dirty. Outside space hadn’t been swept and weeds growing. Apartment is directly opposite Leroy Merlin depot. Deliveries start between 6am and 7am. Noisy and ugly. Kitchen would benefit from a good clean. Saucepans etc very worn. Teflon missing on some. Not nice to use. Only 4 mugs to be used and all different designs and sizes. Mould around freezer rubber seal. Bed mattress in main bedroom didn’t fit and kept moving. We had to push it back into place every day. White plastic table on terrace falling to pieces. All in all, no I wouldn’t go again. One more thing,, owners belongings in bags under all the beds. He did say there would be a few bits and pieces, but that was beyond a joke.

Lovely property and great location not much privacy from the neighbour facing not the cleanest as we had to clean before we used most things the a,c wasn't working so had to use the ceiling fans which were loud and had quite a lot of dust on them.

Lovely clean tidy home. Lovely communal pool.
Excellent value for money. Lovely home. We just needed somewhere as a base and suitable for us. Bit of a walk to main la zenia boulevard and beach but that was just me lol. David met us at the house got us a bit of shopping in organised transfers. Couldn't ask for anything else

Good position to access numerous local shops, restaurants etc Apartment had everything we needed for our stay however we didn't feel comfortable using the rear terrace due to lack of privacy and position on main road. That was a pity as the sun is on the rear of the property in the afternoon/evening. David was very helpful, sorting any request we had promptly. We have some feedback which we hope you find useful and absolutely not wishing to be negative but just wanted to mention the following: It would have been handy to have things like more mugs, hooks on bedroom doors, useable sweeping brush (hardly any bristles), clean mop. The bed mattresses could do with replacing as a bit lumpy and uncomfortable - perhaps mattress toppers would do the trick. The standard of cleanliness was ok but lacked attention to detail such as the dining table was sticky, some crockery/cutlery needed to be washed before use, bedroom drawers and wardrobes not wiped out following previous guest and fridge not clean. The throws on the sofas look smart but they move as soon as you sit on them so constantly having to adjust. Overall we had a lovely break and the weather couldn't have been better for the end of October.

A nice property when you are just staying for a short period, where you dont need to cook. It is close to all amenities and the beach is also within walking distance

No need for own transport, easy walking, for 70 year olds, to all the area as to offer, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, coastal paths and the beach.The property as all the things needed to make your stay comfortable.
