"The room was clean. There was an electric fireplace in the room but it didn’t work. Great place for a night!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. When we went to strip the bed because I had lost a ring, we discovered a large, brownish stain on the sheets that looked like baby feces and the sheets clearly had not been changed before our arrival. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hyatt, and it caused me distress and concern for cleanliness. The front desk was not informed as my husband said what difference is it going to make as we were checking out anyways, but the situation and the fact that housekeeping had missed such an obvious stain seriously undermined my confidence in the room’s hygiene."

"EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Fairfield Orillia!! This hotel is SPOTLESS - I am a germaphobe - I felt TOTALLY safe here!! I said to Matthew at the checkout desk that there is not one thing they could possibly improve on!! Super lovely staff - shouts out to Matthew and to the lady who checked us in - both were sooooo friendly and made me feel that they valued our business. And to both Melody and Crystal in the Breakfast Room - both super sweet - they work sooooo hard - excellent food choices - spotlessly clean - these two women really start your day with a smile!! Housekeeping is excellent - every single detail in our room was perfection!! We really really appreciated everyone’s obvious efforts - made our stay just sooooo lovely!! This hotel is squeaky clean from lobby to pool to elevators to breakfast room to guest rooms - clear that this Fairfield Inn works as one big EXTREMELY WELL-FUNCTIONING TEAM - and we the guests are the beneficiaries!! Bravo Team Fairfield!! Stop INN for the WIN!! 🏅"
