Great place for getaway
It was in a great community and quiet. Definitely recommend staying especially for a couple it’s perfect size. Communication was great always making sure you had everything. Highly recommend.

First College Baseball Tournament
We were in Davenport for our grandson’s first college baseball tournament. The location was perfect as he played in 3 different cities. The 3 rooms were spacious and adequate for our needs. It was clean and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We felt extremely safe in the gated quiet community as we enjoyed early morning and evening walks. The pool was an added bonus. Our host was as nice as she could be answering any questions we had immediately. This was our first experience renting this way and couldn’t have been more pleased.

Stayed 4 nights over President’s Day weekend for the purpose of visiting Disney parks. I’m an AP holder and generally prefer staying off property but even with discount, room prices were nuts. Lindsay’s property was so much more affordable. Photos and descriptions were accurate, accommodations similar to a hotel room, but with better kitchenette amenities. I’m not an Orlando native so took for granted the proximity of Davenport, relative to traffic. It did take longer than expected to get to the parks (25-40 min, depending on the day), but just is what it is, and plan accordingly to navigate the traffic. Neighborhood was safe and super quiet.

Just what I needed!
It was just like staying at a friend's house...with the added bonus of not having to keep anyone's schedule but my own! Definitely beats staying at a hotel. Lovely, quiet neighborhood that seemed very friendly, well lit at night and safe. Comfortable bed, tv, little kitchenette, fridge, kcup coffee machine, microwave, even a toaster oven. I bought a few groceries and just came "home" and relaxed after the conference I was attending each day, rather than going out for dinner or worse, getting takeout. It was a nice home away from home for a few days. Lindsay is great and very attentive. Instructions about access, check in/check out and how to clean up were easy and very clear. I would/will definitely stay here again! Didn't have a chance to check out the community pool and playground, but they looked nice as I drove past every day!
