Our beautiful, modern, spacious and comfortable townhome located at Solterra resort. offer all convenience of an great staying.A full equipped house waiting for you, family and friends.
The resorts amenities include gated community, Swimming Pool, fountains, waterslides, spa, tennis courts, and children’s park and clubhouse. The fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Solterra has all the amenities of a five-star hotel orresort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.
Our private pools can be heated upon request (U$40.00 per day, 3 day minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance). Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill (no extra charge to use the BBQ Grill, however the propane is not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival, without the payment, we won't honor the request.

Don’t be so cheap with your guests

Condo was in a nice area, clean. Beds comfy, nice looking place. Air condition as a major frustration. I was in town for a conference, got back the last night late, the a/c would only turn on Intermittently.The condo would not cool lower than 76 degrees. I’m wondering if the owners were using the off peak hours energy setting which doesn’t work in Florida with high temps and humidity. The pillows need to be changed out, they are all dead. I had to combine multiple pillows to have adequate cushion. They need to ad ceiling fans, better shades that block out the sun. There is no sleeping past 6:30 on the east side of the house!

Overall we had a good experience. 3 out of the 4 mattresses were really low in quality. That is the only major knock I had. It seemed to be clean, communication was good and it was well located.

House/condo rental

Very disappointed with overall condition of house/furniture etc. toilets ran constantly, patio furniture unfit to sit on, dishwasher didn’t work properly. Kitchen chairs broken. Location lovely, amenities close but our particular property less than ideal.

Exactly as I uctured

Thanks for a great stay. The property was exactly as pictured and we were greatful to be there. Time to repace a few things like the outdoor dining table which was peeling, downstairs king mattress is worn, towel and toilet paper holders in the upstairs master are falling off. Bathroom wastebaskets rusted etc. We had bad luck, no fault of the owners, the resort pool was closed for maintenance the whole 1st day. The snack bar lines were very long other days. Communication with owners was great and the pool was heated as expected.

Needs some work.

The townhouse had some repairs that should be addressed and were pointed out to the owner. Everything inside was cheap. Dollar store utensils and cookware to not having any little extras. We left them with a lot more than we had when we got there Downstairs bed was uncomfortable but upstairs beds were okay. Furniture has seen better days and should be replaced. Security is good but It’s very busy and you must wait to turn into complex from a busy road. Pool area is nice but becomes very crowded also. Overall it’s okay but I will search for a quieter place next time.

Disappointing enough to not return

Location and size was great Security was ALWAYS backed up. Raccoon family running through pool lounge area. Line to get drinks and sandwiches backed up usually 90 minutes not nearly enough help. We have returned to many resorts over the years but this is not one I will see again.

We loved the house and the resort too.

The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to have and very warm since we added the heat. Sometimes when you add heat it’s still chilly. The outdoor bathroom was Convenient also. The only thing we disliked was the fact that the mattresses in all of the rooms except for the upstairs master were very uncomfortable. And my husband wished the couch had a recliner since he had a hard time sleeping in any of the beds because of the mattresses.

Escape to a free state

The property was great for my family which includes seniors down to young kids. Only minor issue was that pool heat was not working when we arrived but within two days it was up and running. I did experience some communication issues utilizing the messenger feature in the Vrbo app but I believe it was an issue loading messages on the app. Overall stay was great and I would recommend the property to others.

The gas range needs to go. We got one burner to work good the other 3 didn’t want to work at all. The knobs are on the very front which is a danger with kids around. The microwave above the stove didn’t work but had one on the counter. With new appliances would love it.

Home was very clean & comfortable as we're the beds. Everything was in good working condition except the bathroom ceiling fans didn't keep the mirrors from steaming up but no big deal. A fan or 2 would've been nice to have. Was close enough to parks but with traffic, took quite awhile to get there. Other than rainy weather which prevented us from using the Resort facilities, was a great place to stay!

Nice place

Very clean and the attention to detail as we travelled from afar was great. They supplied us with the basics which was nice. Dish soap, garbage bags etc. We could only get one tv to work which was in a bedroom, that was not ideal. The parking spaces are very short, our pick up truck did not fit. Otherwise a nice clean town home. Thank you for letting us share your home with you.

Everything was amazing minus a little issue we had with the door lock and the television in the family room was not connected to the cable system. Overall it was very clean and in a nice location. It looked just like the pics and we had a great time. Would definitely come back to this resort.

Beautiful house .

The house was very luxurious, close to parks and a few minutes from shops, restaurants and takeaway. The communal pool and lazy river was great. Luciana the owner was fabulous and never minded me ringing to find out the smallestt thing. We were three adults and four children, but were never cramped, plenty of room. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.
