Situated on the sub-division of Sunridge located 20 minutes to Disney World Resort parkland, this is the perfect villa for those guests seeking good accommodation at a very reasonable cost. New redecorated, it is a spacious three bed, two bath home comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.  Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in a reception area which to the right is a designated pool room with Pool table and to the left, a formal dining room.  In front is a comfortable living area with 65' flatscreen smart TV and plenty of seating. Further on you will find another dining area perfect for informal dining or breakfast with access out to the lanai. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and the home also provides the guest with laundry facilities. The master king suite offers a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and full bathroom complete with garden tub and shower.  There are two further bedrooms, one providing a queen bed and another children's bunk room which provides accommodation for four guests.  Both these room share a house shower room.  The most attractive feature of this home is its wonderful south-west facing private pool deck and freeform swimming pool.  The outside pool area is screened, and you will find a designated bar area under the lanai and dining area as well as lounge seating. Beyond the screened area yet still enclosed, is a fire pit and outdoor grilling area all set in beautiful paving areas with a high planted garden area beyond where bougainvillea and fruit trees grow.
