It is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at check-in.

This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs of the resort.

When you check-in at the front desk, you will receive a pass that gives you access to the gate and the home.

A wristband will be given which allows access to the resort area.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.

Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

ONLINE PURCHASE

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Nice and Updated

This is a very nice, clean and updated property located a short walk to pool area. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing. We booked it to go to Disney. I wish that we had it for at least one more night to fully enjoy the pool area more . Over all I’d book again and again

Beautiful property, perfect house and great owner!

The house was clean, spacious and was accurately described in listing. The owner was very responsive when we thought there was an isssue with the dishwasher and sent maintenance over right away to check it out. The property, the pool, the gym etc we’re all beautiful and well maintained. We had a great vacation and would definitely come back again!

Nice but could be more comfortable

The property was a good price and was beautiful like the pictures, but it lacked comfort. We didn’t find the beds or couch to be comfortable, especially after a long day after walking at Disney, but it could be for you!

Overall not bad

Overall it was a nice stay. It was cleaned but could definitely use a good deep clean in the bathrooms and around the base boards. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but the house was bare for entertainment and regular home goods. The two masters have TV but the spare rooms do not. There wasn’t any extra bedding or blankets either. There aren’t many towels so make sure you rent some from the offices or bring some with you. Don’t forget coffee filters too 😂. I believe she supplied 1 extra trash bag and 1 dish detergent pod which was nice, but you’ll need more to be safe. The back door also didn’t lock, so make sure you keep the security bar in place or it won’t stay locked. We’ve stayed at the villas before and enjoy it there, so the property itself is nice.

Okay could be great with some improvements

We loved the pool area kids spent alot of time there the house needs new beds they are bye far the worst beds ive ever slept on i realyl couldn't sleep on them there very hard cheap mattresses also they are wrapped in plast which is annoying and gets hot the couch was also horrible very uncomfortable i sat on the floor most the time the fridge didnt work when i first got there i fixed it and theres warnings of fees everywhere in house even states if u put the air below 72 it could damage ac unit and u will be responsible for damages the thermostat is a nest and there was a couple times the temperature got reset to 75 the shower downstairs didnt drain well and they didnt tv in master downstairs didnt work supply very many towles for staying 4 days u deffintly get nervous of all the fees written everywhere in house from clogged toilets thermostat if u even leave anything there its $75 if u dont check out by 10am its $150 other than that the house was clean did have dishes and the location was good

Spacious, clean, fresh and new

The condo was plenty large enough for our group of 6. It was also very fresh and new. We were pretty much at the Disney parks all day so we mainly just used it for sleeping. The only comment is there is a $20 per day resort fee that I could not find noted in the listing.
