A warm inviting welcome awaits you and your family at our Vacation Pool Home - Closest to Disney! Our fully loaded pool home is equipped with everything to help ensure that you enjoy the best vacation ever.
Spacious house with pool! This fantastic executive 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms home is located on the subdivision of Windsor Hill Resort and is one of the closest vacation communities to Disney, just 3 miles away. Furnished to the highest standard with every conceivable extra. The open plan living and kitchen area lets you relax in style. there is also a large separate living area as you enter the house. There are 4 master suites and if you need internet access, its already installed. This holiday vacation villa has it all.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a home of this caliber with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well. BBQ can be rented for $55 plus tax

This is Windsor Hills, perhaps the best resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and a resort that is firmly established as THE place to vacation for families of all sizes.

Windsor Hills is widely considered to be a premier resort and once you have stayed there you will see why!. 24 hour security, a very active clubhouse with a games room, small electronics arcade, several play areas, and a large community pool complete with a water slide!. With a basketball court, tennis courts, small putting area, and even a business center for those who have to work as well, this resort provides everything you could need.

Quiet gated community with a community pool with slides, store and a small Grille for food. The house was very clean and decor was nice. We enjoyed the pool at the house and patio.

The pictures don't do the house justice! It's even nicer in person. The house was clean and just the right size for our party of 7 people! Very convenient to all of the Disney attractions! Would definitely stay here again!

We took my daughter & 6 of her friends to Halloween Horror Nights for her 18th bday. This house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of beds/bedrms & bathrooms to accomodate them plus a great family room & pool for hanging out. The converted garage/gameroom was perfect for late night hangouts & games & far enough from the master bedroom for mom & dad to sleep. House was clean, nicely decorated & a great area not too far from Universal.

Wonderful stay

The house great for our family. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool was great. The only downsides we came across was the view out the back of the house and pool area is an abandoned construction site with a two large building blocking some of the view and kind of eye sore. The biggest headache was the security. There was no consistency in the information we got from them and the vacation rental company. It made it hard to get visitors whose names we provided to the rental company on to the property. There seemed to be confusion between the rental company and security about the difference between the guest list and parking pass list since you’re limited to 3 parking passes.

Our family of five had a great time. Super safe gated community with sidewalk access for working out . This home is located in the perfect location. Close to WDW , restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely choose this house again when visiting Disney.

Had a great stay in this large, well appointed, clean house located close to the Disney parks. Very comfortable place to relax and recharge in between park visits. we loved the pool in back. Great communication prior to our visit. 5 stars!!!

This is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication was great. At night, we sat and watched the fireworks from Disney by the pool. I would stay here again.

House is a perfect location for a family Disney trip. Everything was as promised, and it was huge to be able to bring our fur-children. Just remember to bring your own paper towels, facial tissue, and extra toilet paper and trash bags

This home was clean, spacious and beautiful! Everything exceeded our expectations. The home is 5 minutes from Walmart and 10 minutes from lots of restaurants and places to eat. Even with the horrible Orlando traffic it never took us longer than 25 minutes to get to any of the parks. We did pay for use of the grill which was totally rusted out and unusable. I called the property manager and brought it to their attention, not figuring it would be able to be resolved while we were there, but we had a brand new beautiful grill delivered before we got home so we could use it for our dinner. The heated pool was so nice and we could see Disney fireworks from 2 of the parks every night from the pool area which was a cool bonus! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances and cookware we could possibly need. The game room was a fun bonus, and there were board games available to use as well. We would definitely stay here again.
