== ABOUT THE PROPERTY ==

Welcome to this amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Storey Lake Resort. 

Comfortably accommodating 8 people, the open floor provides much needed space for any vacation. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities and is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinner parties. Modern and stylish granite counter tops and wood cabinets are a plus. The dining room has a casual dining area for 6 plus a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Walk through the sliding glass doors off of the living room to the private pool, completely screened in with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks.

First Floor: queen bedroom and a full hallway bathroom

Second Floor: king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 2 twin beds, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full hallway bathroom

We've got you covered with high speed Wi-Fi. We also provide a pack n play and high chair for your use free of charge. 

In house washer and dryer add to the convenience of this townhouse.


== RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine)

- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)

POOL HEATING: we do charge a nightly fee of $30 to HEAT the pool. You are free to use but to heat it, it is an additional amenity. This must be requested 3 DAY PRIOR to your check in date, we do need ample time to heat it for your stay. It takes a full 24-48 hours to reach its ideal temperature.

Grill: We do charge a one time fee of $50 to clean the grill after your usage. We are not responsible for the propane tank and must be refilled if empty.

EARLY CHECK IN/ OUT: Not guaranteed but feel free to inquire about it. It is an additional fee depending on the time. We can only confirm a day or two prior to your check in. Thank you for your cooperation.

Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
IMPORTANT: we do not supply wash cloths since Covid. Also we do provide the BASIC necessities and do not supply for your entire stay things such as paper towel, tide pods, etc.

Our guests have access to the entire property and it's amenities

ACCESS: We ask the drivers’ names to add to the gate system. Additionally, the resort is implementing a new procedure at the gate. We need the guest's cellphone number so we can send a QR code via text message, which allows to skip the line and access the resort without having to stop at the guarded gate.

NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.

NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.


NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.


MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.


PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.


CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents in the home. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your stay.

Storey Lake Resort is located in the heart of Disney World Area and restaurants are within a short distance by car. Entrance to the complex is secured by guard.

Storey Lake Resort features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse that accommodates residents vacationing in the community. This beautiful clubhouse is filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full service restaurant and bar, we even have an ice cream shop to refresh yourself with some sweet treats. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini- golf and kayaking.
