Welcome to our sparkling oasis of fun and relaxation, perfectly located to offer a memorable vacation for family and friends. This delightful 4BR villa comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests and nestles in the beautiful Calabay Parc community.



Inspired by the whimsy of Frozen and the epic saga of Star Wars, the spectacular kid's rooms bring dreams to life, complemented by TVs loaded with Disney+ and Netflix for hours of entertainment. The little ones will love their own magical corner of the villa!



For adults, two Queen Master Suites make this villa ideal for multiple families holidaying together. Luxuriate in the comfort of plush beds after exhilarating Disney days. The suites offer an intimate retreat from the group activities, allowing for moments of tranquillity amidst the vacation's excitement.



Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with high-quality stainless steel appliances. Whether it's a quick breakfast before your theme park adventures or a slow-cooked dinner after a day at the pool, you have all the culinary essentials you need.



The living room is a hive of home comforts, featuring a 4K TV, Roku, and Xbox One S for those movie nights in or gaming battles. Guest Access:

Upon your arrival, enjoy the hassle-free experience of self-check-in with a digital keypad lock. You'll have private access to the entire home, including the pool and the game room, for the full duration of your stay. Parking is conveniently available in the driveway, with room for two cars in the garage and additional space outside. Guests can also benefit from access to communal amenities within the Calabay Parc community.

Located in the peaceful, gated Calabay Parc community, this home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street while remaining conveniently close to all the action. Calabay Parc is a family-friendly neighborhood popular with vacationers, offering a relaxing atmosphere with the convenience of Central Florida’s top attractions just a short drive away.
