- Free on-site parking.
- Maximum of 10 vehicles per unit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are neither assigned nor reserved.
- Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways.
- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep the home clean.

Great property for a Disney trip. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house was good, the neighborhood was fine. It’s a gated community and occasionally the gate wouldn’t work. Also, bring your own towels for the pool and your own washcloths. Those weren’t provided. But we enjoyed the property and would use it again.

When we got to the house, the couch was soaking wet from cleaning from the previous guests. The gate to get in the gated community was out of order the whole stay. Half of the outlets on the bedrooms upstairs did not work. Customer service responded quickly via chat but there was no resolution.
