Welcome to our beautiful six-bedroom home just two stoplights from Disney with easy access to all of Orlando's world-renowned theme parks, dining, and shopping options. Windsor Hills Resort has the best facilities in the area, boasting a 140,000-gallon resort pool and water park, complete with giant slides and an adventure splash pad.

Your vacation starts at the house, using our large private pool and spa on the screened lanai. Our pool features FREE POOL HEAT! Watch your favorite show on the outdoor TV without leaving the water. Relax, knowing there is security fencing and an alarmed door to keep the little ones safe. The sun reaches the pool deck from morning to sunset, so you can enjoy the water, lounge poolside, or dine alfresco. Outdoor grills for barbecuing are available from a local vendor for an extra fee.

Inside, luxuriate on the brand-new bedroom and family room furnishings. Challenge your friends on one of the in-home game room's full-size tables: pool, air hockey, and foosball. This deluxe space is topped off with an electronic dartboard and air-conditioned fans.

The beautiful clubhouse features a private 40-seat movie theater with free daily showings, a state-of-the-art gym, an on-site cafe that serves alcoholic beverages, a sundry shop, a pay-to-play room arcade, and free pool tables. Cornhole, Ping-Pong tables, a putting green, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are also available for an additional small fee. One of the three on-site children's playgrounds is within a few minutes' walk from the front of the house. This resort community is beautifully landscaped with pristine homes and a 24-hour guarded and gated entrance.

Every bedroom has a smart TV with cable and a DVD player, and two have en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a soothing garden tub, a standalone shower, and a double vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry room features high-end appliances.

Gamers and digital nomads alike will appreciate the complimentary high-speed internet. You'll have your choice of games to play on the Xbox 360 in one of the living rooms, and an office area provides a computer and desk.

Our home is pet-friendly.

The Castle has a Pack & Play, crib, high chair, and stroller for younger guests available at no extra charge.

Great location; hard to beat Windsor Hills for ease of park access to the various Disney properties. That being said, have stayed in other Windsor Hills homes in the past (this was our 5th stay in the neighborhood) and they were nicer.The house was clean, but each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper for an 8-day stay, and most of those rolls weren't even brand new or full.Not a huge amount of towels in the house either. Another interesting point was the hand soaps in the bathrooms were only 1/4 full when we checked in and there was absolutely no dish soap. Ended up having to run to the Walmart just up the road to stock up on what I'd normally consider included essentials at every other VRBO I've ever rented.Pool was nice, but the gate that went around the pool was extremely difficult to open. Older parents that stayed with us had difficulty opening due to arthritis, and I even struggled for a bit with it due to how tight the connection was.Beds were comfy, as was the living room and dining area. Kitchen appeared to have everything you'd need to cook, other than the aforementioned lack of dish soap.Overall not a bad stay; however, would look for an alternative home in Windsor Hills next time we visit.

The house was perfect for our visit with family! We had so much room to spread out and enjoy meals and movies when we weren’t at the parks. The hot tub was a perfect end to busy days and we loved how peaceful the neighborhood was every evening. We will definitely book here again if it’s available for our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay in Orlando! The house was exactly as described and everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth—thanks to the property manager who made sure the guards had our information in advance. We especially appreciated the great local food suggestions and how easy the checkout process was (just putting the trash out!). The clubhouse experience was amazing. Enjoyed by all. And breakfast at the market was delicious. Overall, an stress-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Great family home

The layout fit our family well. Note There is not a ground level master. Our family really enjoyed having a private pool. The upstairs ac struggles with the blazing Florida heat but they have several fans available. We had a couple hicups during our stay (ants in kitchen and the upstairs ac flooded the floor and down the ceiling into the kitchen) but maintenance took care of it quickly. We werent too bothered because we didn't have plans at that time. I wouldn't allow this to keep me from staying there again.

Best House in Windsor Hills

I have stayed at multiple properties in Windsor Hills over the last 25 years. This was by far the best! Well maintained, great location within Windsor Hills, owners were great with communications. Finally a hot tub that actually heats up. Great game room, great cable tv with lots of channels. I will definitely rebook for future stays at Windsor Hills. Thanks, The Barrera Family.

Our favorite place

This was our second time staying at Michael & Lisa’s home and we will always book here when we come to Orlando! First of all they are just wonderful people - we made a booking error (100% on our end) and they were so gracious with helping us get it resolved, truly so kind about it. The beds are so comfortable, the pool is perfect and private, the seating in the home is plenty for a large group (we had 11) we didn’t feel cramped at all and it is so clean and fresh. You will not regret booking this home! We loved it!

Home Away from Home for our Family Getaway

When looking for a place I purposely chose this house because it had its own pool, was part of a complex with many amenities such as a larger pool, water slides, and a splash pad, and was close to Disney. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 married children, and our 3 grandchildren. The layout was great, giving us plenty of room. The outside patio has an additional full-sized table with ample seating. My grandsons also loved the game room.We loved the privacy this home away from home provided. There are no homes behind the house, because the house is on a slight elevation, the yard/pool of the house on the right was below our view, and the lanai has a privacy screen on the bottom, so it blocked out the neighbors to the left. This 6-bedroom home had ample space for all of us, with yard space for my dog. The yard is not fenced in, so you will need to bring a tether if you travel with your pet.The home had everything we needed for a fun family getaway. The home was stocked with many kitchen necessities. It has a traditional coffee maker not a Keurig, which we were fine with. The one thing we didn't find was an electric skillet. I didn't expect to find one as most rentals don't have them.The owner was always pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thanks for sharing your home with us! My family and I had an amazing time.

Everything you need for a great vacation.

We stay at Windsor Hills every year for the past 20 years. This home met all our expections and more, including having a pool heated and ready to swim upon our arrival. :) Owners were quick to respond to our questions and provided plenty of towels, plates, pillows, etc for everyone. I use VRBO at least twice a year. This was best rental ever. Perfect size and ammenities. Will use again!!! Host always helpful.I did feel bad leaving all towels for the wash so to be as helpful as Lisa and Michael were I washed and folded all the towels did some cleaning too in appreciation for best vacation ever !!!

Perfect House for a Disney Vacation

The house was perfect for a trip to Disney. It was even larger than the pictures make it out to be so plenty of space to spread out. House was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and lanai area are great for relaxing and had plenty of afternoon sun. Getting to the parks was quick, 15 mins or less. And lots of shopping and eating nearby within a few traffic lights. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall great property very disappointed with the pool

The house was beautiful but when we contacted someone about the cool being freezing they said that is how it is because of the cooler temps but after the pool guy was there on our 4th day and we returned from being but the pool was almost 50 degrees warmer and the sun wasn’t shining at all so that definitely wasn’t a factor. We chose this location for the pool and didn’t get to use it once. Just wish they would have actually looked into it when we questioned it at check in because there was clearly something to it that it happened to actually be warm after the pool guy was there
