• We do not control resort rules, projects, or any potentially unannounced amenity closures.

• Pool heating: $60 per day (please inquire at least 72 hours in advance)
• Gas grill use: $100 (cleaning included, please inquire at least 72 hours in advance)
Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping included. Prior to check-in, the home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Mid-stay cleanings can be requested for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Trash pickup
Trash is picked up daily by resort service. A trash barrel is provided outside.
Resort access requirement
All guests must provide full names for all adults (and under 18 if they will be driving) to gain access to the resort/home. This is a resort requirement. Please send names through the booking platform messaging.
Maximum occupancy
Maximum occupancy is as stated in the listing. Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy or the number of people on the reservation may have the reservation terminated immediately and will incur an additional charge of $100 per day per undisclosed person.
