Our villa is exclusively yours! As our esteemed guests, you will have unfettered access to the entire property, including all its spectacular amenities like the private Pool, Spa, BBQ grill, patio, outdoor dining area and the game room. Keyless, self-check-in guarantees easy entry at your convenience, offering safety with independence. Parking is a breeze with ample free street and premises parking. Whether you come with one car or more, be assured that there will be plenty of space.

Solana is a wonderful gated resort located on the US 27, midway between the I-4 and the popular US 192. There are a number of resort facilities free to use for all guests and Disney theme parks are about 20 minutes drive away. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and bars can all be found along the nearby US 192.

Solana Resort offers guests free use of a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse with fitness room and gym, spa, sundry shop, and concierge service; resort swimming pool and tiki bar; 18-hole mini golf course; sand volleyball court; soccer pitch; and a children’s play area

NOTES:

For a hassle-free holiday, your property manager offers concierge services such as dining reservations, theme park tickets, special decorations for birthdays or anniversaries, welcome packages, or pre-arrival grocery delivery. 1. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

3. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

4. Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable must go in the bins provided. Trash/ recycling days are posted on the refrigerator.

5. Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.
