Beautiful vacation 6/6.5 home in Sonoma Resort. Super close to the club house and lovely lake view. Professionally decorated, really spacious home with covered lanai and private pool and shower. Enjoy our theater area with a recliner sectional sofa and a soccer table game. First floor you will find a master bedroom with a King bed size and a private closet. Fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the family and friends. Large living room area and a dining table that accommodate 8 guests, also 2 half bathrooms in the first floor. On the Second floor you will find 5 more bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Only a few minutes to all restaurants and shopping, a few minutes from Disney Parks and Universal Park.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set lower than 72 degrees.

Pool Heat and BBQ grill are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Surveillance cameras in front of the property by the garage and the entrance.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
NO landline phone is provided
Parking information
Clubhouse Parking Lot: Parking is permitted only until 8:00 PM. Any vehicles left in this lot after 8 PM will be towed.

The house could have been cleaner, the furnitures in the dining and family room needs to be replaced rather than just covered by blankets. Bedding showed partly hairs from prior visits. Carpets a upstairs need proper cleaning too.

Beautiful House

The home was beautifully done. Loved the two living rooms. We watched a Dophins game, closed the two doors while, the other group watched a movie. Our problem was the motorized shades that didn't operate. Some of the remote controls were missing, there was a lack of privacy. Being in the 70 age group, some of the group found the showers rather slippery and put down towels for safety.

Gorgeous villa and perfect location

The Villa was exactly what we hoped for. Perfect size, perfect location. We absolutely loved it. It wasn’t spotless but it was fine. Spare pool towels was a lovely touch.

Good From Far, Far From Good

This place is ok. Location is good, in a gated community. There is plenty of space for a group of 6-10 people in this rental house. The pictures on the listing make the unit look very nice, but once you get there you realize it’s mostly smoke and mirrors. The place is not clean, not even a little bit. The carpet is absolutely disgusting with stains throughout every area. The tiled flooring on the main floor looks fine, but if you don’t keep your shoes on, your socks will change from white to black in just a few minutes from how much grime there is on the floor. I don’t think the floor has been mopped in years. The windows are all equipped with automatic blinds, but only 2 of them worked throughout the entire house. There are chips, patches, and dings in the drywall in many areas of the home, specifically going up the stairs. I think the fact that this property is owned by a short term rental company and not a private owner shows. There is no charm or consideration for guests. We were there for a week and there was 1 garbage bag and 1 dishwasher pod, along with 1 washing machine pod. When I emailed to ask for more of either of those, I received no response. Towels are hard to come by, specifically hand towels. There are more bathrooms than we had people in our party and none of the bathrooms had hand towels. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would opt for a place that has owners who care about your experience in their property.

We loved the home and location

I would definitely stay here again. When they say don’t park on the sidewalk that includes the sidewalk through the driveway. We received a ticket the very next morning after check in not realizing we had made this mistake. It wasn’t that clear to those of us that don’t have HOA rules this strict where we live.
