A large dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island make it an ideal spot for gathering. Sliding doors lead to your private screened-in patio, complete with a pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating, where you can relax and enjoy Florida's sunny weather.

Community Amenities: While the villa accommodates up to 16 guests, the community pool and other amenities have a maximum capacity of 14 people. Please consider this when booking.

Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet fee.

All guests are required to sign a Guest License to Use Agreement after booking.
