Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog, per reservation. Maximum of two dogs. The pet fee is not included in the booking total and must be added directly with the host after booking. Guests must register pets and agree to the pet policies. No cats or other animals are permitted.

Important Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter supply kit is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one hand soap per bathroom. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, extra paper goods, and personal items.

We stayed a week but when we arrived we had to clean up game room full of lentils on floor and throughout the house. Not all the tv's worked and the grill outside was not clean, it h a d some puddle of greasr on floorr we had to keep our dogs away from. No other major problems. Hosts would respond promptly to our questions and rest of our stay was enjoyable.

Loved the size of the house - the pictures did not do the property justice... it is so much larger than it appeared! Also appreciated that it was a beautiful and pet friendly space so that we wouldn't have to leave our dog at home with a sitter while we were on vacation. It legitimately felt like a home away from home for all of us. The kids loved the special touches in all of the kids rooms (the themes) and the adults were big fans of the ground floor and 2nd floor masters. We got good use out of the pool while we were there as well. Would definitely recommend this house to bigger families for a nice relaxing stay! Only cons - It was not too far from Disney but it was a hike to Universal due to traffic. We also had some issues with the door lock.

Carpets were stained, expose tax strip in downstairs bedroom, living room, TV remote had no batteries, the icemaker wasn't working, island chairs in the kitchen are peeling, outside table peeling, no darts as advertised, Toy story bed, filling, apart, extinguisher, not up-to-date, and front right burner on stove, not working. Also towel and one of the upstairs bathrooms was rolled up, and when we went to use it, it was full of grass and dirt.

Spacious upstairs

The home was ok for the price. CONS: It DEFINITELY needs a deep cleaning. There was food on the floor when we arrived. The kitchen island and walls were dirty. There were ants in the living room on the sofas.There was trash around the pool and the pool was dirty. The sliding door to the pool was defective. The downstairs master is small. No matter what you set the air on upstairs, in the middle of the night it auto adjusts to 59 degrees. You have to play ring around the roses to get parking, due to There being very limited marked spaces on the street for parking(you will be towed if you're not in the marked spaces). If T Mobile is your cell phone provider, forget about having service. PROS: The upstairs was spacious. The game room was nice but bring pool sticks if you plan on shooting pool. Trash is picked up daily.

Beautiful home with issues

Although the house is beautiful, there were issues with the property. The house was vacuumed or swept. There were little ant like bugs crawling around the floor and in the drawers. We reported the issue but no one came out to treat or spray for the bugs so we killed some of them ourselves. The pool table and pool sticks are worn out. We went and purchased a stick on our own and we left it there because we couldn’t fly home with it, so other guest please enjoy. Some of the cooking utensils are melted. We also struggled for a whole day to get the Tv’s to work (all of them) and the main one upstairs in the family room never worked and the maintenance man was unable to get it on as well for the cable channels. We were able to log into our Netflix and that saved the day. The walls are dirty as well and I wanted to wash them down myself, but I just closed my eyes to the fact and tried to make the best out of the stay. Lastly, please count and check your towels and rags because we did not have enough for the 8 of us. We called and they stated we should have had 18 but the maintenance man came out and saw that there was not that many and had to bring more. We were very satisfied with the 2 guys that came out to check on the Tv and towels. The property definitely needs a little more attention especially with the pandemic.

Amazing House, Extremely Clean & Great Resort

We LOVED this home! Sparkling clean, lots of space, pool and hot tub to rest our weary bodies after a day at Disney parks. The location was perfect, the area is safe and quiet, close to many stores and restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this home!! Florida Scandi was very helpful with anything we needed and responded quickly. Fabulous Florida Stay!!!!We plan to return next holidays!
