ChampionsGate Resort gate access (Strictly Enforced):
• All guests 18+ must be pre-registered with the security gate prior to arrival.
• The day before check-in we’ll send you a message asking to provide full names of guests, including those who will not be driving.
• Once we register your names, you will receive a text to finish the registration prior to arrival at the gate.
• A maximum of six (6) vehicles is permitted per reservation.

A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during servicing
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures

Pool & Spa Use:
• Guests use the pool, spa, and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• No lifeguard is provided, and guests are responsible for the safe use and supervision of everyone in their party.
