The home was spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for the family. The game room was amazing!
However, there were several areas that could use improvement. There was noticeable signs overuse throughout the house — Many of the walls looked neglected, with marks and dirt visible in several areas. A simple cleaning or fresh coat of paint would make a huge difference. When reported to the owners they replied it was just “wear and tear,” but with the cleaning fee charged, I expected better attention to detail.
The movie room was also disappointing. The recliners were peeling, as were the barstools in the kitchen. The “movie room” didn’t really give that theater experience — no surround sound, no projector, just a TV mounted in a black-painted room.
Another issue was the ants. There were a lot of them. There were also no pool towels provided, which was inconvenient. On top of that, the refrigerator had trouble cooling and the freezer didn’t freeze — the ice we bought melted overnight and flooded the kitchen.
The area itself was beautiful, and overall, we enjoyed our family time. I would consider staying again if these minor but important issues were addressed. A little maintenance and cleaning could truly bring this home back to the high standard it deserves.
