A slice of Heaven! Vacation home near Disney with private pool!

This executive vacation home near Disney is perfect for your large family. The home is open and airy with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is equipped with a 65" television.. The family room is perfect for the kids to play with its dedicated television and is connected to the downstairs hall bath. The formal dining room is perfect for gathering the family together. The large well equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar and is ready for you should you tire of eating out.
The first floor master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a handicap friendly master bath.
The second floor master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, television, and an in suite full bath.
The 3rd bedroom is the 'Mickey Room' and very popular with kids of all ages and is equipped two twin beds.
The 4th bedroom is the 'Sunshine Room' also equipped with two twin beds and is adjacent of the upstairs hall bathroom.
The private southern facing screened in pool is perfect for sunning. Pool heat can be added for those cool winter months.
Please be aware that some folks have complained that our home is dated (circa 2000). Maybe someday we'll update it, but this will soon be our retirement home and we LIKE our home just the way it is.

Fantastic Golfing: Highlands Reserve Golf Club is only 2 minutes away. It is wide and open and a nice introduction to Florida golf!

Just south in Haines City are two beautiful courses, Diamondback and Southern Dunes, which just might be the two best courses in the Orlando area! And just north in Clermont, there are many fine courses, including Legends, which our guests have played and enjoyed very much.

There are over 200 more golf courses in the Orlando area. If golf is your thing, then you will never be bored!

Our home is not that far to the beach!: Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral, FL is a beautiful white sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean that is only76 miles (about 1 hour and 15 minutes) away!

Please be aware that for our $125 house cleaning fee is in addition to your rate.

Also please be aware that pool heating is an extra cost for those who choose it.

Due to market demands, we require a 6 day minimum stay for the July 4th and Christmas weeks and a 5 day minimum stay for the months of March, June, July, and August.

Belle grande maison

Manque un peu d'amour et de matériel de cuisine. Nous avions seulement une serviette par personne et aucun drap ou oreiller de plus. Aucun plat de service ou salade. La piscine n'a jamais été nettoyé. Mais beau quartier, paisible. Beau terrain de tennis, basketball et volleyball. Nous avons bien aimé en général.

House was very nice, it could have used a good cleaning, though, there were a few things missing or broken, ie. Pans, hand mixer, soap holder in one of the showers, pool was not heated when we got there, however, after some explanation to maintenance, pans were replaced and pool heater was turned back on. Overall it was a nice place to stay, pics don't do it justice. If and when we go back to Florida, this would absolutely be an option.

This was our third time staying in this house and it definitely won’t be our last! We love this house and everything about it. Perfect distance to all the parks, plenty of food and grocery stores. I can’t wait for our trip next year! I would live in this house full time if we could.

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to find and close to many different stores and restraunts. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely absolutely stay here again!

Good Disney Vacation Home!

Property layout was real good for my family vacation and location was great too!Kids tried to use the swimming pool one of the warmer days while we were there but waster was still not warm enough to swim much.PlayStation 2 drive was not able to read any game or movie disks but that was OK for us since my kids were able to watch youtube videos from Roku TV app on bug screen TV.Overall my family enjoyed staying at this property!!!

Great spot a little bit farther out from the parks.

The house was very clean and set up well. The pool was perfect size for us. There are two Starbucks within a mile and two Publix near as well. It’s within 30 minutes of most of the Disney parks. A little farther to universal. Owner was very easy to work with.

Amazing home

We are just back from a 10 day stay in this villa. The villa is beautiful. 3 spacious rooms upstairs and a master with en suite bathroom and walk in closet on the ground floor. The pool is a good size and has some chairs and sun loungers round it. The chairs and loungers were a little dated but with a towel over them did the job. We did have a few problems with the air conditioning unitwhich was leaking and soaked the floor upstairs. However the property manager was so helpful and was easily reachable and even came to look at the problem and got the relevant people out to look at the ac unit. There was a slight problem with one of the toilets upstairs overflowing but again this was sorted easily. The property manager was amazing and checked in to see if everything was alright after our problems we encountered. Over all we had a great holiday in this villa and would definately book again. The only drawback realistically is that you definately do need a car to get around as you are a while away from shops and restaurants. But, that is just florida as a while really. We loved this holiday and this villa.

Certainly NOT stunning

This was a vacation that we enjoyed because we managed to rise above the many shortcomings of the property. In truth and without exaggeration this property is oversold - it is not just tired and would benefit from an upgrade - parts of the property are in a state of disrepair with cupboard doors hanging loose in the kitchen and the lenai failing to keep out the insects from the pool area. The kitchen is short on utensils, glassware and 'picnic ware' suitable for use around the pool.The acerbic comments of the owner cannot deflect the fact the property is NOT of the standard promised in the vrbo listing.

Wonderful vacation week

We spent a week here and really enjoyed our time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. This was our second time staying in this rental because we love the location and the house is pretty awesome. It does need a little updating and a few more pans in the cabinet to cook.

Relaxing with family

House was not cleaned when we got there contacted the property manager they came out the next day. TV and playstation 2 in the spare room not working at all. The owner was very responsive to our concerns. Location is good noise level is high house is located off of hwy 27. Air conditioning is set between 72 and 76 degrees very hot at night bring a fan. Pool was great spent a lot of time in it.

House was spacious and clean. Living room furniture and house in general is dated but comfortable. Location was close to disney attractions but traffic can be heavy at times. The backyard was nice and private and the pool was inviting and clean. The pool heater did not work while we were there which was unfortunate. Host and property management responded quickly to our requests.

Great location

stayed in Hampton Lakes area before so I knew it was a great place to stay to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The property is in dire need of renovation. The living room furniture especially the couch have seen better days. The carpet in the bedroom was not the cleanest either. But with Covid not that long ago I am assuming owners are not in the best position to upgrade evereything at the moment. But I would say that this villa needs looked at soon. But the location and the amount of sun you get in the day is great.

Fantastic

This is the one of the best properties we have stayed in. It is large and super clean. The kitchen is stocked for all your needs. There was plenty of towels. I have read the reviews prior to choosing this home. I am here to tell you the pictures do not do justice. We felt very safe and relaxed. The pool was perfect and clean. This is a great rental for couples and family's. And the directions that Mr Conrad gives is spot on. You are close enough to everything ypu could need but not to close that you dont have any worries. Out of the 18 homes we have rented this is in the top 3. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again.

Disney vacation

My family and i recently stayed here for 6 nights. We did 3 park days so this location was great for us. Took us less than 30 minutes each time. A ton of restaurants/ food places and stores are also in close proximity. The house itself was big enough for my family of 6. The adults could hang out at night without disturbing the children. The pool was great during the hot days.

Good for the price.

The correspondence with John was great. Very flexible. The property is dated. Vents were dirty. Very cold as you can't adjust the temperature. TV in main bedroom is maybe 20 inches and not smart. Only 2 bedrooms had TVs. The lamp in the mickey room was broke so you had to plug it in and out and for a childs room that was unacceptable. Overall for the price it was worth it.
