DISTANCES:
Disney: Their private road entrance is approximately 21-minutes from the house. From there it depends on the park; add 15 minutes for Magic Kingdom but you will be following Disney signs at this point. Pro-Tip: Consider Uber …. Skip the parking fee and the drive back after a long day in the park.
Universal: 40 Minutes
Seaworld/Orange County Convention Center: 37 minutes
Kennedy Space Center: 1.5 hours (use I-4 east to SR-417 north, to SR 528 east … follow signs to KSC)
Cocoa Beach … about the same as Kennedy Space Center and same route
Legoland: 30 miles/49 minutes (add 10 for traffic signals on Hwy 27).

HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning is done prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleans available at extra charge. Before check-in, house is cleaned by a professional housekeeping service company and inspected to ensure top quality.
