This is my fourth time renting in championsgate. This house was not in great shape - we had a long list of items that required repair and attention. Some were addressed quickly while others not addressed at all. The game room was not at all as described - the air hockey table was in pieces, the PS4 gaming consoles did not work and only had one (non functional) controller. In the house itself the carpets were stained, we found black mold on the air vents and a few beds that were broken. On the positive the pool was nice and we had 9 bedrooms. I would not rent again or recommend.

We loved the house. It accommodated 6 adults and 15 (12-13 year old boys). The game room was a plus. The area was nice
 we loved the extra pool area that Champion Gate has. Whenever we come in town we always stay in Champions Gate and we always leave satisfied. Cons: The kitchen could use some more cook ware (pots/pans). Most kids don’t play PS4 (they prefer PS5) however, our boys brought their own game consoles to play. Oven didn’t really function properly.

Overall, nothing bad to say. This property was as advertised & my family would definitely stay here again. This home is far enough to be out of the traffic, but still close enough to get to anything.

We had a wonderful time!!

The place was exactly what we asked for. The amenities were amazing, with the stay at the house and the oais club 😁 the host were excellent with prompt responses. I had lots of questions before the trip and they were awesome at explaining everything. We had 24 people in the home and it did not feel crowded.. so much room. No complaints at all from any of us. I strongly recommend this place❀

Did not meet expectations

This particular home was very disappointing. We had issues after issues & even though once you talked to someone (the employees were nice) they did not resolve our issues. The jacuzzi, stove top & microwave all we're not functioning due to previous renters. We arrived on a Saturday checked the house once we arrived as instructed & reported these issues right away. No one got back until I reached out Monday morning. Wish I could give this home a good review, but it really did disrupt our stay and made this experience unsettling. We stayed at this community the week prior in a townhome that stay was amazing. The communication and the house was wonderful. I'm writing this review to help anyone who wants to stay at this community do your research so you can have a great vacation like you would hope too.

Beautiful property in great neighborhood!

The house is great! The Oasis Club was wonderful. Lots to do in easy walking distance from the house at the Oasis Club which made our days there great because we didn’t have to leave unless we wanted to. The pool and hot tub were nice and the safety barricade keeping non swimmers out is a nice feature. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms spacious. A few minor points the owners should attend to. You have a large dining table but only a few functional dining table chairs. Same with flatware. Not enough for even a family of 5 let alone the large groups this house can accommodate. (We had 10). The air hockey table didn’t seem to function properly either. The property management group contacted through the VRBO ap barely responds at all, ever. We had to request both arrival and departure instructions. We never did get departure instruction. With a bit more attention from the owner/and or management company, it would be just right! This should not deter tou from staying here, overall, it was a win!

Loved the house-property mgr not so much

Our family of 15 truly enjoyed this property,the Oasis Club and our visits to the parks. However the property mgmt leaves a lot to be desired. They do not answer calls or emails. I had seen in previous reviews that the game room game stations and pool table were unusable,but assumed those things would be corrected by our visit. Not so. There was still only one broken pool cue and the game system cables do not work. The garage is not converted and there is no air circulation so the area was totally unusable to us. There were also no instructions for trash pick up, and general use of the home or check out. Because Executive Villas did not answer phone messages left we had to go to the office (not in the neighborhood) to obtain check out procedures. The house And pool are clean and very comfortable. The kids loved the theme decorated bedrooms

Disney vacation family of 20

Property and staff was great. Everything was just as stated or pictured. Plenty of sleeping space, towels, cooking and eating utensils. Great location and club house was an extra bonus. Close to Disney parks and attractions. Only recommendation I have is to replace the bbq grill, it has maxed out its uses, but we still was able to use it despite it catching fire( for an inexperienced user it could have been a major issue), overall my families stay was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall very good, games room had pool cues with no tips and no access to play stations, the house cleankiness was ok but a bit sticky, the pool heat was delayed, the appliances worked great and the washrooms were plentiful and conveniently located

Beautiful home ... disappointed with service and don’t forget the shooting!!!

The pool did not heat for first two days but we were still charged. There was a shooting two streets from us where the suspect was not apprehended. We were prevented from returning to home with our husbands and children for hours at the gate after what was supposed to be a quick wawa trip!! The only reason we were notified was because we were prevented from returning no one contacted the house and our family members were completely unaware of what was happening until we called.

Family vacation experience

The house was really nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. I did not like it that the management team did not answer the phone ever or any emails. Someone did, however, respond by sending someone to repair the leaking roof and replace the missing vertical blinds. That is very poor service.

Nice house but not kept up very well

Location was great, security was good & the house overtake was good BUT there were issues with the fridge not working, had to get containers and ice to get thru the first night... programmed thermostat kept going back to 80, had to change the air filters which were caked With dust and dirt in order to get the air to cool properly. Several light bulbs burnt out. Lots of this type of things. We had to take care of in the first 24 hours. Then pretty decent.

Not clean and needs upgrades

The house was not cleaned at all. Upon arrival, trash was piled in front of the door on top of the trash bin. Every single room bed linen was dirty. The walls were spotty and needed touch up paint. The grill was left oily. One of the chairs at the dining room table was broke. We moved the living room area rug to play board games, and it was loaded with dirt. The maid swept all the dirt under the rug. The sink upstairs was stopped up. I notified the owner, and it was never fixed. With some upgrades such as decor and painting, this house would be great.

Amazing!!

The check in process was really easy. I purchase the spa heat i really recommend it! There was no iron. Little problems like the door stoppers came off no handles on the master bedroom.Ice maker was slow other than thst this was the best experince my family has had on vacation. First time doing a group friends and family trip and they love every minute of it. In the game room only one of the game system was properly working. Their was 21 of us and the house had more than enough room the children couldnt get of the pool. On the description it does not mention the bed descriptions the two bedroom on the first floor are kings the top floor has two bedroom with twins two bedrooms king one bed three full. It acutally work perfect for my family.

wonderful property

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as was pictured on the website. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Our kids had so much fun at the Oasis clubhouse! The pool, lazy river, play center, and water slide were well-used by all of us. There was a full-service restaurant and outdoor bar there, with friendly staff. We rented a cabana there one day, and loved it. It was air conditioned, and had a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, small couch, and a TV. We called Executive Villas once when our pool was getting a little murky, and they responded very quickly. (we realize that the extremely warm weather and the pool heat combined to make the pool a little green and cloudy) There are a few little things that could be taken care of in the house; the master bathroom toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw, and my husband made it usable for the week. I had a crazy incident happen to me in one of the bathrooms, where I simultaneously flushed the toilet and hung up a towel on a rack above the toilet. I didn't know the rack was barely attached to the wall, and the weight of the towel knocked the rack down, sending one piece right down the flushing toilet. When I called management to tell them, the girl who answered found it very funny and said not to worry, they would take care of replacing the towel bar. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and pans in the kitchen. We did buy a can opener, which we left for the next guests. And I would recommend buying some more mixing/storage bowls. Overall, our vacation was amazing, and the house served our needs extremely well. We would definitely stay at Champion's Gate again, and we would book with Executive Villas again.
