Welcome to this great condo to have either a Disney visit or to rest in winter time !

You can expect a fully furnished condo in this Premier gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, located just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

The nicely decorated living room has a Queen Sofa Bed, a 49' Smart TV with cable and a X Box game console with games.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet and King size bed, with Beautyrest Eurotop mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you should require during your stay. It has all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffeemaker, toaster, blender. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board as well.

The kitchen area opens to the living room/dining area. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter with detergent for the kitchen, the dishwasher and the washing machine. As well as toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. We kindly will ask for your ID with photo to send you the instructions before your arrival.

Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, with a beach style entrance (ideal for kids). There is a second swimming pool for more exercise ! The clubhouse has TV room and game room. During your stay you will be able to use the fitness center, play basketball, volleyball, tennis and let you children go to the children's playground. and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
For all those activities you will use the access card left in you condo.

Legacy Dunes Resort is located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

Belle propriétée dans un beau resort

Bel endroit, sécuritaire, belles piscines, trÚs belle localisation (en retrait pour une tranquillité et proche de grands artÚres rapides) Station-service et dépanneur complet (aire de restauration inclus) en rentrant sur le site. Excellente communication avec l'hÎte et surtout ils sont trÚs pro-actifs à nos demandes.

Great stay! We will be back! Everything you need and more for a comfortable stay on Orlando. Close to anything you need. Grounds are wonderful, pool as great! One is heated, which was perfect for a warm January day!We did bring our own pan - mostly because we like having our cast iron, but glad we did because the pans are scratched up. Only downside to the place!

This was our second stay ‘At sea’ we really like the position of the apartment, nice area, convenient to get to major parks. The condo has had new flooring since our last stay which was lovely. The condo has everything you need should you wish to cook, a hairdryer and straighteners in bathroom but I bought my own so can’t comment on what they are like to use. This time the 5g in the area was dire and the free WiFi wasn’t much better, made it very difficult to try and do a Tesco order for when we got home and ended up doing it at one of the parks. The bed is THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I have had to look up where I can purchase the mattress! All in all we very much enjoyed our stay, thankyou

Nice condo, the host is super responsive. We had an issue with noise the first two nights messaged the host and he immediately contacted property management for us and no other noise complaints. The property was having the roofs replaced while we were there so it was noisy early in the morning. Kitchen was stocked although we didn’t end up cooking like we planned. Washer and dryer worked great, came home with all clean clothes. The water pressure in the shower was a bit soft. Bedding was nice and comfy. Overall a nice stay!

The air was not working properly it was 78 waking up sweating. It was supposed to be quiet time after 10pm people upstairs was stomping across the floor till after midnight I just had a chemo treatment an just wanted to rest and relax this was not the place to do it

Place to lay your head.

Decent place to stay and close to traveling distance to Disney Universal. Only stayed for 3 days so didn't get a good chance to checkout all the amenities.Only down side were the door camera didnt work the light in the kitchen wasn't working properly and some type of alarm mounted by the door was dated an in disrepair and the bed was definitely on the too firm my wife slept on the couch most of our stay.

Disney Vacay

We typically stay off- show for our Disney trips, and this was our first time staying at this property. It did the job, but traffic in this area is horrendous and we never had a drive quicker than 30 minutes to any of the Disney properties we went to. Coming home wasn't too bad, but if you're wanting somewhere within a short drive to the parks, this may not be it. The condo itself was nice and the property was quiet. We felt safe and everything was cleaned well when we arrived. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom which was a little inconvenient when the toddler would go to bed before us, but again it wasn't a huge deal

Not good place for family to stay

The location was too remote, it’s super far from Airport and the main attractions. The room not as beautiful as the picture, beddings looks old and not clean enough. The floor also very thin, too much noise from upstairs at night time. Overall it’s Not a pleasant stay.
