The home is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando's major attraction destinations like Disney World, Universal Studios, or Sea World. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to the awesome arcade room, or the amazing resort facilities. This home is sure to provide you with the best Florida has to offer.

We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 9-bedroom home in the Retreat at Champions Gate Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.



The home is wonderfully furnished with hours of fun waiting for you and your guests inside the game room, loft, or one of our amazing themed rooms. Whether it is hanging out with Ewoks or exploring the amazing Mario world room, you sure are to have an amazing time here.



Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. We know you will enjoy this house as a perfect home base to bring your family and group together for some fun and excitement in Orlando!

Guests will enjoy a seamless check-in experience at our villa. Our property is equipped with a keyless door lock for your convenience. Your access code is unique and only valid for your stay. Ample parking is available on-site, making your arrival and departure convenient. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful villa!



The Neighborhood:

This luxurious amenity center is for homeowners in Lennar's Champions Gate together with vacationing guests staying in the resort's short term rental approved neighborhood, The Retreat at Champions Gate. Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also features 7 tennis courts and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course.
