Unfortunately the AC wasn’t working properly and it was 85 degrees when we arrived until hours later when the owner sent a technician to inspect it.

The property is not well maintained. The sleep and bath supplies are dirty and even have mold on them. The place is next to a street, very noisy with the broken window seal. A lot of dysfunctional electronics and broken appliances. They even lock a bathroom to prevent you from using it. We booked 7 nights and moved out immediately after one terrible night. The owner refused to communicate in a normal manner but was so dramatic by making up strange stories. She said I was the person who locked the bathroom and framed me up saying I left the property without closing the front door. Obviously, the owner has a lot of experience dealing with complaints on the bed property.

BEWARE - Owner canceled on day of arrival

The owner confirmed booking on VRBO over a month before our trip. I received a booking confirmation at the beginning of the week with a not that the owner would follow up on the day of arrival with instructions with accessing the property. When I inquired about how to access the property as we arrived at the airport the owner responded “ the house is rented through ----------- I think it was a confusing” and then canceled our reservation. WE had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service at the airport to find somewhere for the night. Then we were left looking for a new place to stay on move in weekend for UCF. There were no locations within 10 miles (30 minutes) with enough space for us. Make sure you have all of the information from the owner before you travel.
