The open living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience for longer stays.

The west-facing private balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom and living room, is a peaceful spot for sunset views, a glass of wine, or a quiet book.

Important Notes:
There is no access to the restaurant, bar, gym, sauna, library, and clubhouse facilities, including the coffee machine, packages and deliveries (Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc.) cannot be received at the front desk and must be sent directly to the condo address. USPS does not deliver inside. There are no mailboxes.

• We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Please kindly bring any seasonings/condiments you wish to use.

• Please note that this home does not provide access to the resort fitness center/gym.

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
