Welcome to our clean spacious villa, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished in the gated community of Highgate Park in Legacy Park, just 10 miles from Disney and other attractions.

Great shopping and dining are just minutes away, as well as some of the best golf courses in Florida are just around the corner. Both the Gulf and Atlantic Coast as well as Kennedy Space Center is approximately a 1.5 hr. drive away. If that is too far, check out Disney, Universal Studios, or Legoland, there is something for all ages in Florida.

With a south-facing pool, heated if required(optional), and all the essentials for a real home away from home vacation in the sun, our villa sleeps 6 comfortably. This bright A/C home with new porcelain floors throughout features a master bedroom with a new King size bed and Posturepedic mattress with a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers
The second bedroom has a new Queen bed and the third is equipped with 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the second bathroom.
For anyone traveling with a young child a pack 'n go, highchair and stroller are available at no extra charge.

There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities one needs after a fun day at the parks. There is also for your convenience a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board if the need should arise.

The living area, with its vaulted ceiling, offers formal dining for six and two additional bar stools together with comfortable sofas if you wish to relax and watch TV on the large flat screen. If you are a reader and wish to relax by the south-facing pool we have a good assortment of books for your pleasure. Every room is equipped with its own TV and internet (Wi-Fi) access is also provided as well as long-distance calls within the continental USA and Canada are free.
The garage has been turned into a games room, with table tennis, air hockey, and Foosball table, and a dartboard. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a selection of movies are also provided for kids to unwind after a busy day. Pool floaters are there for the small ones to use in the pool.
The pool was also re-surfaced in 2024 so it shines.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this vacation home.


Please note: Pool heat is optional if requested for an additional $20. per day fee.
Also home sleeps 6, 7th allowed if a baby or very small child in the family.

Nice and clean villa

There were two of us in this house. The house was neat and clean. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of space. It was a gated community which is also nice. Disney and Universal is about a 30 to 45 minute drive away.

Fantastic stay at this home

We've just got home from a fantastic stay in this home. It was just as described and had everything we needed. Key to booking a home to stay in is location, amenities and the cleanliness of the the property and all scored top marks from us. Our interactions with John, the homeowner were excellent and he checked in with us not long after we arrived to make sure everything was as expected. The games room was great and we spent more time in the pool in this home than we have in the other homes we've previously stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed although we don't do any cooking just the usual toast etc. for breakfast but it was there for us if we wanted to. Beds super comfortable which is definitely what you need after a long day in the parks. We've stayed in quite a few homes before and this home was by far the best. We will most definitely book to stay again. Thank you John for the stay at your home.

Great home!

We had a great week staying at this wonderful home. A well maintained property, with everything you could could possibly need. Great pool for relaxing after the theme parks. Great First VRBO experience

We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Excellent neighborhood, cleanliness top top top! Host communication was extremely great. My family and I had a wonderful time. -Facilities were as described, kiddos had so much fun in the pool and game room. Definitely a home to come back anytime near Orlando.

Comfortable house

The house was exactly as described. It was overall a very quiet area in a nice neighborhood. We had 3 adults and 1 child staying at the house. The beds were very comfortable. Having the private pool was great, that is the main thing we look for in a rental. John was excellent with communication and typically responded within the hour if I had a question on something. Traffic in the area was a bit heavy but typically it took us about 35 minutes to get to sea world area and about 20-25 minutes to get to the disney areas. Very easy to navigate the area and find a variety of stores, gas and food.

Amazing house and location

Let me start this review off by saying we rent through VRBO quiet a bit and this house was by far the cleanest house we have rented on any trip we have taken. John was great from beginning to end and was extremely easy to get a hold of. The location of the house was wonderful for our 3 days at Disney parks. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything that you may need was there on site. The pool is great after a long hot day at the parks as well. I would and will definitely etly rent this home again for future Disney trips.

Very nice stay in sunny Florida

John was a pleasure to deal with. His home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation. The pool was warm enough for us in late March (we are from northern Michigan), the kitchen had all we needed to cook with, and stores are close by. We recommend Giovanni's pizza in Davenport - very good food! We will request to stay here again if our plans bring us back to the Orlando area in the future. Thanks again!

Exactly as advertised!

We had a wonderful time! John was wonderful to work with. Prompt replies, kind, professional and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate an early check-in when we asked at literally the last minute. The pool heat was great! We stayed in April and had weather in the 80’s but wouldn’t have wanted to swim without the heater on. We’re weak northerners! The house was very comfortable (even the mattresses which is a HUGE plus). We had everything we needed to get us started. There was even a clothes drying rack which made me inordinately happy! It was also great to arrive and feel like everything was clean! The only thing I can even think of as a negative were the sheets. They were not the best quality and we’re tossers. So we had a little trouble keeping the fitted sheet in place. This is me being incredibly picky though. I’m a sheet snob and it’s literally the only thing I can think of. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything John.

Perfect for Families

We had a great time in this house! Plenty of space for a family. Fully stocked with everything you need. So nice to have a pool in the backyard. Very close to all the parks, resorts, and shopping Orlando has to offer. And John was easy to talk to and really cared about how our stay was. Overall best property we have stayed at in Orlando.

This vacation home was awesome, clean, large, bright and well furnished; plus a private pool and game room, you couldnt ask for more in a home away from home. All communications with the owner were responded to promptly. The neighborhood is beautiful and only a short drive to our vacation attractions. Would definitely do this again.

This condo was an excellent place for our family vacation. There was plenty of bedrooms for the whole family. The game room was enjoyed by everyone. The pool & enclosed patio was very good. A clean and beautiful house

We had a very pleasant stay in this house / villa and the gated community gave us a very safe feeling. We've stayed in this villa with 2 adults and 2 kids (and they loved the pool :-)). The renting price of this property was very reasonable. All the big attractionparks are within 30 min drive. We had a great stay and I recomment this villa. The owner seems like a very nice person.
