Important Information
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Quiet hours must be respected
• Trash must be placed in 13-gallon (or larger) bags and disposed of in the trash bench by the front door (do not move to curb)
• Forgotten items: items found can be returned upon request; shipping available for a $30 fee + taxes and shipping costs

Optional Services (upon request)
• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (entire stay, includes 1 propane tank)
• Pool/Spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for the entire stay)

Forgotten Items Policy
If an item is found, we will notify you. Guests may retrieve it or request shipping for $30 + taxes and shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
